The location made it easy to access beautiful hiking trails and other attractions in the Black Forest. In short, a great experience, although I wish I had more time to enjoy the wine tasting!

The apartment is really nice, spacious, light, with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice outside seating area and comfortable beds, We were given glasses of very good wine on arrival and also two bottles for the room, The lager-quality Spätburgunder is particularly noteworthy, and we bought several bottles to take with us, It is in a great location for hiking up the Kaiserstuhl and seeing the natural beauty and wildlife of the area, We saw the rare and endangered Bienenfresser and Wiedenhopf birds, large green lizards and of course the famous large land snails, Wild flowers of many kinds were blooming everywhere, including large expanses of poppies, You can easily return from hiking destinations by public transport, The immediate area is also very beautiful, even if you don't go out of the village much, We liked it so much that we are planning to return for a couple of weeks in the next few years and will certainly rent this apartment again if it is available,

We were greeted with glasses of very good wine upon arrival and also received two bottles for the room. The quality level of the late red wine is particularly noteworthy, and we bought several bottles to take with us. The location is ideal for hiking in the Kaiserstuhl, to explore the natural beauty and wildlife of the area. We saw rare and endangered bee-eater and wryneck birds, large green lizards, and of course the famous large land snails. Wildflowers of many kinds were blooming everywhere like crazy, including large poppy fields. You can easily return from hiking destinations by public transport. The immediate surroundings are also very beautiful, even if you don't venture far from the village. We liked it so much that we plan to return for a few weeks in the coming years and will certainly rent this apartment again if it is available.
