Experience an unforgettable holiday at Villa Bruni, a charming holiday home in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. With 180 square metres of living space, this spacious house can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all of which are stylishly furnished and equipped with every comfort.
In addition to the spacious entrance area, the property impresses on the ground floor with a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, two comfortable sofa sets and a fantastic view of the Wetterstein massif through the huge panoramic window. A large flatscreen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player provide entertainment. From the living room you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with well-tended garden. This offers patio furniture for the grown-ups and a fun "children's corner" for the little ones. The fully equipped kitchen - also with access to the terrace - with cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher makes the heart of every housewife and cook beat faster. A Bavarian-style corner bench is integrated into the kitchen, which together with the dining table offers enough space for a large family. The house also has a bedroom with 2 single beds for the youngest generation on the ground floor. Guest WC.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, of which the small one has a bunk bed and a walk-in wardrobe, which is ideal for children. The other two are furnished with a box-spring bed and a large double bed, all with flat-screen TVs. Large wardrobes and a separate dressing room offer plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The 2 bathrooms each have a double washbasin, walk-in rain showers and WC. From the larger bathroom, which also has a bathtub, as well as the bathroom with a shower, you can enjoy your holiday
