The entire premises (approx. 160 square meters) include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living-dining room with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms are decorated with select, very comfortable furniture in a rustic style. 120 sqm) are spread out on one level and can comfortably accommodate 6 adults + 2 toddlers (up to 3 years). Available are: 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with bunk beds - 2 bathrooms with shower/ toilet/ bidet - 1 kitchen with dining area - 1 living room with a stove and sleeping arrangements for 2 people - covered furnished terrace. The area "Is Morus" is located on the beach with beautiful white sand beaches and located relatively quiet as exclusively populated by cottages. More beautiful beaches such as "Santa Margherita" - "CHIA" - "Tuerredda" are just a few miles and can be reached quickly. The capital city of Cagliari airport is 35 km away. Arrival of OLBIA about 3 hours and hours from Alghero. Shopping and service facilities (supermarket), bars and restaurants are in close proximity to, and can be partly achieved by foot. The idyllic tourist PULA (6,000 pop.) Is about 7 km away. Sports (water sports - Golf - Tennis - Horse riding) are offered throughout the area.

Fantastic week in Sardinia
Our family of 2 adults + 2 children (first time in Sardinia) spent a wonderful week with cloudless sunshine in this detached and tastefully furnished villetta. The huge Mediterranean garden with the private pool convinced us all, especially as everything is well fenced and we had our kingdom to ourselves and could just enjoy this 1 week.
The proximity of the white sandy beach, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes, was also ideal and we often used it. Since we all enjoyed this holiday home and Sardinia in general, we are already planning to return - possibly next year.
recommend for: holiday with children, beach holiday, romantic holiday

Many pros and many cons
Con: almost no cleaning was done here. Found the previous tenant's nightgown on the bed. The floor was sticky, dead insects in all corners. Some door frames were loose, requiring a repair team to come. Electricity is limited, you have to organize when to use the air conditioning, stove, and water heater - not simultaneously, or the circuit will trip.
Pro: very quiet and odor-neutral air conditioning. Relatively low noise due to tight windows. Sufficient cutlery and dishes. Large refrigerator. Plenty of space. Large outdoor area with a beautiful tropical garden and large private pool. Only a 3-minute walk to the beach. Friendly landlady.
