We were at the villa by the beach for the second time and it was very nice again! This time there was an electric fireplace in the living room, which created a beautiful atmosphere in the evening. We had 2 electric e-bikes available again. We will definitely come back a third time. Thank you very much for the very nice holiday apartment. Family Voigt/Dietl

We have added three shot glasses and six egg spoons to the inventory. In the living room, curtains or a rug would be nice; it echoes a lot and is therefore loud. It was very nice to live in the house of my childhood and youth again after 20 years. Thank you.

We really had a great vacation in this accommodation. It has everything you need, it is beautifully furnished, there is plenty of space for storage, a great location almost right by the lake, and you can even use 2 e-bikes. Our dog also felt comfortable. ;) We have one suggestion for improvement: the villa has many amenities, like the aforementioned e-bikes, their charging stations, and even toys for children. But in order to take advantage of these possibilities, one must first know that they exist. We knew about the e-bikes, but we didn't know about the charging stations (the e-bikes were almost empty). We only found them because I looked into all the cabinets and compartments out of curiosity. Also in the hallway, the key box: the labeling of the many keys is very sparse. Only through prolonged trial and error did we know which key belonged where. We also figured out how to get the e-bikes out of the basement so that we don’t have to carry them up the stairs, as heavy as they are. In short, a description wouldn’t be bad: for the e-bikes (how they work and how to get them out), where to find the charging stations for them, what the many keys are for, etc. But we won't deduct that from the rating. It was a very nice vacation!

An orientation (on the following arrival day) would have been very helpful, or a folder with information. We did not know that we were not allowed to use the large lawn behind the terrace for the beach loungers. The tenants were not very friendly in pointing this out. A note that the built-in refrigerator does not cool properly would have also been good, especially since a second refrigerator is available. A note on how to use the garage for the bicycles, so that one doesn't have to carry the bicycles up the basement stairs, would also be good.

We were guests at the villa by the beach for 1 week. We really enjoyed it, and we have nothing negative to report. The location is very good. We had 2 e-bikes available and only had to leave a deposit for them, which is normal. It would have been nice to have some tools for the bikes just to adjust the seat height. The vacation apartment is very well equipped. Personally, however, I wouldn't have provided white towels and bedding. We were very satisfied and could definitely imagine visiting this villa on the beach again.
