We offer you our elegant holiday villa for rent:
The villa is located in the Drôme Provençale, on a hill on the edge of the charming village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, in the heart of vineyards and olive trees, and offers a breathtaking panorama of Mont Ventoux and the hills of "les Baronnies". The village shops, restaurant and doctor's surgery are just a few minutes' walk away.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and fruit-bearing fruit trees and has a large terrace with swimming pool (11x5 metres) for exclusive use. The property is surrounded by dense vegetation, which enhances the feeling of tranquillity and privacy.
The house has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people (13 adults and one child). The rooms are divided as follows:
- Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with three single beds), bathroom with double washbasin and shower, additional shower room and separate WC.
- Upper floor: living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a large covered terrace with stone barbecue, dining room, three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with double bed and additional single bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with double sink and shower.
This floor offers a balcony with breathtaking views of the Baronnies massif on the pool side as well as a cosy covered terrace, ideal for long summer evenings with views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding olive groves.
Everything you need for your comfort is available: two barbecues, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer, two high chairs, a cot. A table tennis table and petanque are also available.
The villa is fenced and offers private parking for several cars. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm system (the operation/activation of the alarm system during the rental period is the responsibility of the tenant).
Stay from Sunday to Sunday, minimum 7 days in high season. Linen is included in the price. Final cleaning not included (250 €). Intermediate cleaning is included for stays of two weeks or more.
1 small pet is allowed by prior arrangement.

- Wenn der Mieter die Buchung aus irgendeinem Grund stornieren möchte, muss er den Vermieter unverzüglich per E-Mail informieren. Der Vermieter erhebt die folgende Stornogebühr in Abhängigkeit vom Datum der schriftlichen Stornierung durch den Mieter: Storniert der Mieter in der Zeit bis 90 Tage vor Mietbeginn, schuldet er 15% des Mietpreises, in der Zeit bis 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn, schuldet er 50% des Mietpreises; storniert der Mieter ab 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn, schuldet er 80% des Mietpreises. Teilt der Mieter dem Vermieter erst am Tag des Mietbeginns oder während der Mietzeit mit, dass er das gemietete Zimmer nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen wird, ist der volle Mietpreis fällig. Wird das Mietobjekt dennoch für den vereinbarten Zeitraum an einen Dritten weitervermietet, reduzieren sich die Stornogebühren entsprechend den Mieteinnahmen des Dritten abzüglich 100 Euro für Verwaltungskosten.
