Discover the Pine House, our charming holiday flat in Lorgues. With approx. 38 square metres of living space, the flat can accommodate 2 to 3 guests, but is ideal for a couple. It has a spacious sleeping area with a large double bed, a living/kitchen/dining area, bathroom with shower and south-east-facing terrace. The large grey corner sofa can be folded out into a sleeping area. The studio is equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is 1 minute's walk through the garden and down a flight of natural stone steps. There are also sun loungers and a small marble table with benches.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and kettle. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available. The bright and airy living room is equipped with a TV with satellite and free Wi-Fi and offers you the opportunity to relax after a long day of exploring. Floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace let in plenty of light and sunshine. Linen curtains, a cool travertine stone floor and a fan keep the flat at a pleasant temperature (most of the time).
The flat is a separate part of our house with its own entrance and car parking space right next to the terrace. The house is surrounded by a garden with pine and cypress trees, fig trees, olive and mimosa trees on a 1500 square metre plot. Enjoy the peace and quiet on your own terrace with breakfast table and sun canopy, or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, which is occasionally shared with us. The pine house is a non-smoking property. Long-term rentals are possible on request and craftsmen are also very welcome.
The interior of the flat is a mixture of modern comfort and cosy country house style. The bathroom is bright and functional with a window, shower, toilet and washbasin. The Pinienhaus holiday flat is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and exploring the Côte d'Azur and its attractive hinterland. Here you can unwind and enjoy the southern flair. Location and surroundings of object
Lorgues is a charming southern French town with historic buildings, excellent restaurants, vineyards and associated châteaux, and a regionally popular weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays. We can give you good tips for things to do if required. The house is situated on a 'EuroVelo', a European cycle route through Provence on the former railway line of the Train des Pignes. You can walk 15 minutes to the town centre or cycle 5 minutes to restaurants and bistros, bars and cafés, markets, concerts and cinemas etc. Nearby you can go wine tasting, hiking in the Moorish mountains and play golf on various courses, kayaking in the Verdon gorge or on the Argens, swimming in Lac St. Croix or at the sea, on the golden sandy beaches of St. Tropez, Fréjus-Plage, Ste Maxime, which are all only about 40 minutes away. Cultural excursions can also be easily organised from Lorgues, for example to the famous Cistercian monastery of Le Thoronet or to the lively provincial town of Draguignan, 12 km away, whose museums offer interesting exhibitions.
