Enjoy the breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains and the picturesque landscape directly from your balcony. The building in which the flat is located blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings and offers you a feeling of peace and serenity.
The flat has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The flat has a TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. An iron and hairdryer are also available.
Relax in the in-house fitness room or sauna before taking a dip in the swimming pool. The garden invites you to linger and offers space to play or relax. A garage parking space is available for your vehicle.

How to get there
by car:
Whether coming from Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, leave the A93 motorway at the Oberaudorf exit and follow Rosenheimer Straße, then turn into Bad-Trißl-Straße, after approx. 500m the facility is on the right and via Ludwig-Thoma-Straße you will reach the underground car park.
by train:
To Oberaudorf railway station from Munich approx. 1 hour, from the station it is approx. 15 min on foot.
by aeroplane:
Munich airport (approx. 130km)
Leisure activities:
Hiking, cycling, mountain biking and, if there is enough snow, cross-country skiing is possible directly from the front door.
Leisure activities for young and old are available on site and in the surrounding area. In summer there are a variety of hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking opportunities, the Hocheck adventure mountain (summer toboggan run, legend trail, Oberaudorf Flyer), swimming lakes, etc.
There is a water ski facility in neighbouring Kiefersfelden and a water jump in Oberaudorf at Luegsteinsee.
In winter you can go skiing or snowboarding in the Hocheck ski area (with toboggan run and floodlit facilities) or the Sudelfeld ski paradise. Cross-country ski trails are groomed when there is enough snow. Toboggan fans will have fun on the Hocheck and the natural toboggan run at the Brünnsteinhaus.

Beautiful vacation
We had a wonderful vacation with our children and the dog. The apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. The communication with the contacts was very pleasant. In bad weather, we enjoyed the indoor pool or played foosball. We will definitely come back.

Dream vacation for hikers, bikers, winter sports enthusiasts
For our needs, the ideal location to the top ski areas, e.g. Wilder Kaiser, Zillertal, and the glacier ski areas Tux, Solden, Stubai. In 30 minutes by bike to Kufstein for the wine tavern or hiked around the Schoberalm or by bike, and to relax in the fitness room of the facility with a wind-down in the sauna and indoor pool of the complex. Our dog always looks forward to the walks. The surrounding meadows can be reached within 3 minutes, equipped with poop bags. And don't forget your swimwear on the summer tours. It feels like every 10 minutes you pass by a lake, starting with the free large swimming lake with a water slide in the town of Oberaudorf. Almost every day, evening programs are offered in the town. There is even a summer toboggan run, jumping ramps, and two ski lifts with floodlights.
