The ground-floor holiday apartment (52 sqm incl. the partially covered terrace) is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea in a private residence in Le Pradet - district La Garonne between Toulon and Hyeres. The 'EDEN PARK' is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, only 150 m from the beach, and extends in a U-shape around a Mediterranean park planted with palms, mimosas, magnolias, and olive trees.
NEW: Free unlimited high-speed WiFi. 2023 complete renovation of the shower room. Furnished terrace with electric grill, deck chairs, sun umbrellas, all comforts:
2-5 people (maximum 4 sleeping places for adults), rustic kitchenette with dishwasher, large refrigerator with **** compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster (fully equipped for six people). In the living room: TV, DVD player, HiFi DAB radio, Bluetooth connection with your mobile phone (German stations via radio app), electric heating throughout the apartment.
The apartment is fully tiled.
Own parking space (not for large vans) in the enclosed residence.
With the help of an electronic pin, only the residents of the complex can enter Eden Park through a gate.

2 1/4 rooms in the quiet, well-kept, family-friendly residence 'Eden Park' in La Garonne, a district of Le Pradet directly on the Mediterranean Sea (200 m to the beach with guarded bathing sand and natural beach) of the Cote d'Azur between the Camargue and St. Tropez. The flat is located in the private Résidence 'Eden Park', in the middle of a well-kept Mediterranean park with its own swimming pool and asphalted tennis court.
In La Garonne there is a bakery, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and various restaurants in addition to the creperie on the beach. The district is generally quiet, as the coastal road ends in the nearest small and tranquil harbour town of Oursiniéres. There is also a guarded beach area there and a walk from La Garonne along the coast to Oursiniéres is a must.
East of the Rade de Toulon, the 'most beautiful bay in Europe' and the 'gold islands', the Îles d'Hyères. Toulon, the wine town of Bandol and Marseille to the west, the surfer's paradise of Almanarre and Hyères, Bormes-les-Mimosas and Grimaud to the east. To the north the artists' town of Aix en Provence, to the south the Giens peninsula.
In the centre of Le Pradets (1.5 km away, good bus connection) you will find further excursion possibilities, post office, petrol stations, banks, doctors, washing centre, supermarket, tourist office, weekly markets, concert events, etc.
Supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pizzeria, groceries, bus station within 2 to 5 min. of the holiday home.
Sports: sailing of dinghy or catamaran possible at the sailing school, diving, canoeing, windsurfing and kitesurfing are also offered at the beach.
Horse riding, golf, hiking, cycling nearby, tours by car in the near and far surroundings of Eden Park in Le Pradet, district of La Garonne.
Very good bus connection directly from La Garonne. The bus stop is about 150 m from the flat.

Perfect location for this beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment!
My partner and I had a wonderful week in Le Pradet in Sonja and Jens' apartment:) The apartment is very well arranged, nicely decorated, and well equipped. A big plus for the beautiful walk-in shower and the large terrace with a pleasant view of the lovely garden in the residence. The residence is quiet, and we enjoyed the pool every day. The apartment is perfectly located; from the residence, you can walk to the beautiful beach of La Garonne (200m), to the port and the beach of Les Oursinières, to the coastal path, but also very close by: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, and start hiking trails. . . the choice is wide for holidays! The area is beautiful, Hyeres and Giens (where the boat departs for Porquerolles) are only 15-20 minutes away by car, and we also spent a day in Saint Tropez. The owners are of German nationality but also speak French, which made communication very easy. On site, we were greeted by Chantal, who lives a few kilometers away and was able to answer all our questions. We highly recommend this apartment, and we will happily come back:) Thanks again!

Glorious summer in autumn
We felt comfortable all around. The furnishings were great, there was plenty of storage space for things we brought with us, the grounds were well-kept and very quiet, and the weather was perfect. The pool and the sea invited us to swim again and again. Oh yes, we also slept very well, what more could you want?
We will be back!

Top address in the South of France
We can highly recommend this vacation apartment. The listing delivered what it promised. Especially noteworthy is the very good value for money, as well as the loving furnishings and good equipment! The rooms exude coziness without being cluttered or overloaded. There was ample storage space for our belongings. From the living room with kitchen and dining area, you have a beautiful view of the park-like garden. The terrace is far enough from the pool and tennis court so that the fun there is not disturbed. Games for adults and children were gladly played in the evenings. We got bread in the morning from the bakery around the corner, which also offers some other groceries. A big thank you to the landlords for the uncomplicated process. We wish all future guests a wonderful holiday.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ferienwohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage mit mediterranen Pflanzen, großem Pool, sehr strandnah und ruhig.

shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ortsteil La Garonne nur eingeschränkt, dafür in Le Pradet alles, auch LIDL für das kleinere Budget ;-).

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einer gepflegten, familienfreundlichen Residence in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und Meer. Schöner Strand 100 Meter entfernt.
free time activities: Großes Sportangebot (Tennis, Tischtennis, Schwimmen und Boule) in der Anlage selbst und auch am Strand (Schnorcheln, Tauchen, Kajak, Katamaran- und Jollensegeln, Surfen, Paddling etc.)
shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Restaurants gibt es direkt vor Ort in La Garonne, aber auch im Zentrum von Le Pradet, wie Supermärkte, Wochenmärkte, Shopping, Bäcker, Post, Apotheke, Ärzte etc.

The weather in our place of residence does not always meet our expectations. That's why we love the holiday flat on the Mediterranean, the Cote d'Azur, in the south of Europe in Le Pradet. There, the summer lasts for eight months, as you could admire just this year '17 from rather rainy Germany until the end of the year. Since we often like to take our own holidays here in La Garonne, our flat is comfortable and well thought-out. The proximity to the sea is just as much a gift to us when we are there as the light, the blue of the sky and sea and the warmth. We like to share this with friendly, thoughtful guests.
