Welcome to the Arona holiday flat, located in the picturesque town of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom. This charming holiday flat offers space for up to 4 guests in 65 square metres of living space. It has one bedroom and one bathroom, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The flat impresses with its modern yet cosy furnishings. The open-plan living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is modern and offers all amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

The bedroom is a place of peace and relaxation. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed and high-quality furniture. The bathroom is bright and modern, with a shower and hairdryer.

For our younger guests, we have provided a cot and a high chair. The flat has a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and wind down at the end of the day. There is a parking space in the garage and a washing machine is also available.

The flat is equipped with WLAN, so you can always stay connected. Long-term rentals are possible, and please note that this is a non-smoking flat. Tradesmen are also welcome.

Very nice holiday apartment in the center of Zinnowitz.

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment.
Centrally located, modernly furnished, and very clean.

An additional floor lamp for indirect lighting in the living room would be nice, as the skylights are quite bright and do not provide coziness.
We were missing cereal bowls, and the existing dishes should also be reviewed, as some of them are no longer in good condition.
