Welcome to holiday home Haus Tureluur in Lemmer, a charming accommodation with room for up to four guests. On a living space of 110 square metres you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a small family or a group of friends.
The house is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A cosy fireplace provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine allows you to cook your favourite dishes whenever you want.
In the bedrooms, you will find comfortable beds with high-quality bed linen for a restful night's sleep. A TV is also available so that you don't miss your favourite shows. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to keep your clothes clean and fresh.
Outside the holiday home, you can explore the idyllic countryside on the bicycles provided or discover the nearby lake on the boat provided. Please note that the holiday home is non-smoking.

Location and surroundings of object
Lemmer is a charming water sports village in the Dutch province of Friesland. The holiday home is located directly on the water and has its own jetty and a ramp for smaller boats. there are also 2 car parking spaces and a parking space for a trailer.
The garden is great! You have 2 terraces on the water. One of them is slightly sunken so that you are always protected from the wind. You are welcome to bring your own boat, it can be moored right next to the house at the jetty. We are also happy to hire out a small boat. We have boats from 6 to 8.5 metres and can be hired without a ticket. So no reason not to go out on the lakes yourself and discover our Bounty Island in the Tjeukemeer.
The living room has a very comfortable settee, dining table close to the kitchen and a very fully equipped kitchen. The chef prince or princess will feel right at home in this kitchen.
In the hallway a guest toilet and the stairs upstairs. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. There you will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Very lovingly and fully equipped holiday home. Ideal for families with 1 or 2 children and 1 dog. Even 2 couples will have a very relaxing holiday by the water here. It is situated in a very quiet area.

Top Ferienhaus mit Service-Notstand
Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus in Toplage direkt am Kanal in toller Nachbarschaft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche ist alles in mehr als ausreichender Menge und Qualität vorhanden. Jedoch ist die Terrasse mittlerweile baufällig. Gebrochene Steinfliesen und zum Teil marode und gebrochene Holzdielen sowie ein altersmüder krummer Sonnenschirm lassen die Qualitätsanmutung des Hauses wieder stark sinken. Die Reinigung des Hauses hat anscheinend nicht stattgefunden. Verdrecktes Geschirr und ein bereits angeschimmelter Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine waren nur der erste Schock. Gebrauchte Kondome im Bett sowie unsaubere Fenster "runden" das Bild ab. Jedoch schießt die Reaktion der Hausverwaltung Aqua-State auf unsere Kritik einige Tage später den Vogel ab. "Hätten wir doch sofort angerufen, hätte man reagieren können." Auf meinen Hinweis, dass wir aber dennoch von einer verdreckten Unterkunft empfangen wurde, ist die deutsche Mitarbeiterin sogar pampig geworden. Sollen wir etwa die Arbeit der Hausverwaltung machen und die Endreinigung kontrollieren? Nie wieder Aqua-State.
Das für zwei Tage gemietete Motorboot war ein Totalausfall. Der Außenbordmotor ging dauernd beim Wechsel von Vorwärts- in den Rückwärtsgang aus und musste fast immer manuell gestartet werden. Beim Gasgeben knallte der Vorwärtsgang oft erst beim Anschlag mit Vollgas herein. Ein sauberes An- bzw. Ablegemanöver gelang damit kaum. Auch dieser Mangel wurde von der Mitarbeiterin bezweifelt und wenn wir uns sofort gemeldet hätten..... Sollten wir etwa stundenlang in Balk am Anleger warten und unseren Urlaubstag vergeuden? Aber die überaus großzügige Eigentümerin von Aqua-State überließ und noch einen Tag ein höherwertiges und intaktes Boot für einen weiteren Tag. Auf die Mängel des Hauses ging sie aber gar nicht ein.
So wird eine Perle eines Ferienhauses völlig heruntergewirtschaftet.
