The house, with a generous living area of 245 square metres, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The spacious living room, with warm wooden floors and a cosy fireplace, is the ideal place to relax after a day of adventure.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. The dining room, with stunning views of the garden and pool, is the perfect place to gather for a meal.
Outside, you will find a beautiful garden, complete with a BBQ grill for those summer braai evenings. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on hot days, and the spacious terrace is ideal for sunbathing or just enjoying the view.
For your convenience, the house also offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer. There is ample parking and free wifi is available throughout the house. Bed linen and towels are included.

With the Manor house, The Rose cottage and the Thach cottage sharing a green and lush garden, it offers plenty of open space and privacy for outdoor living. Two of the accommodations have sparkling private pools. Free, secure parking is available.
Just ten minutes away from the famous Stellenbosch Wine Route, a tranquil oasis that is the perfect spot for holidaymakers and wine & food lovers, and for those who want to play a round of golf at one of more than 15 golf courses in the area. For the active holidaymaker, the nearby Helderberg Nature Reserve and Jonkershoek Nature Reserve offer plenty of hiking trails and mountain biking routes.
Somerset West is a well-known destination frequented by visitors looking for the luxury of a wide choice of wine estates, golf courses and some of South Africa's best restaurants. Among other things, Somerset West is known for one of South Africa's oldest wine estates, Vergelegen Wine Estate.
