Smaller family house is situated in a residential area in a quiet location in Lopar on the northern coast of the island of Rab. Lopar is one of the most beautiful places with the fmous sandy beach - "Rajska plaža" which is only 7 minutes fom the house away. Center is only about 5 min away as the ferry to the nearby island of Krk in place Valbiska. In the backyard is enough space for parking, and there is a barbecue on for all guests in the house.

Location and surroundings of object
In the house are 2 identical apartments on the 1 floor, each with its own entrance. Apartment for 4-5 persons consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, modern kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and kettle, dining room, SAT / TV. From one bedroom and kitchen lead out the exit to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden. In the kitchen is exist the possibility for extra bed on the sleeping chair, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning. Lopar has an abundance of beautiful sandy beaches, in fact, there are 22 of them, of which 3 are nudist beaches (Ciganka, Sahara and Stolac). The largest and most famous is the Rajska plaža or 'Paradise Beach', which is / long and has the most tourist facilities and which was awarded the 'Blue Flag' in 2003 - the international symbol of quality and preservation of the natural environment as well as safety for the bathers.
'Paradise beach' is especially interesting for older people, families with children and less proficient swimmers, but equally for young people keen on sport and amusement.
At the height of the season it can be difficult to find sunbathing places on this beach because together with the tourists from Lopar, more than 50% of visitors to the town of Rab also bathe here.
