The standig individually villa, built in 2005 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and dog house. There is a coop available where there are three free chickens, with the possibility of getting fresh eggs every day.

Melissano. The villa is located on a 5000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
