Welcome to our holiday home Kaköhl!
The cosy holiday home with 85 m² of living space is located in the quiet and rural Kaköhl with a view of cows and nature. Surrounded by colourful flowering hedges, the beautiful garden offers space for relaxation. Here you can let your soul "dangle". On the south-west-facing terrace you will find time to spend time together eating, barbecuing or just lazing around.
When you enter the holiday home, you enter the large living room with dining area through the hallway. Also on the ground floor is the comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom, a small room with a single bed and a modern shower room.
There are two children's bedrooms and a small shower room on the top floor.
A wallbox (e-charging station) is available for your electric car, where electricity consumption is charged separately (kWh € 0.50). A car park is also available.
The holiday home Kaköhl is a non-smoking house. We look forward to your visit and wish you a pleasant stay.
Bed linen and towels are available on request for a fee of € 15,-- per person.
Final cleaning € 70,--.
In the high season the arrival and departure day is Saturday if possible.
Arrival from 16.00 hrs / Departure until 10.00 hrs
Pets on request, surcharge € 5,-- / night.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
In the cellar you will find a washing machine in the drying room. You can dry your laundry here or on the rotary dryer in the garden.
The gas central heating is also located in the basement, which supports the heating and hot water requirements with a solar thermal system.
We live next door and will be happy to help and advise you if required.
Any bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the garden shed.
It is also possible to hire bicycles, including e-bikes, from the Scheibel company in Lütjenburg. The bikes can also be delivered on request.
A barbecue with charcoal and kindling is also available.
Another little tip:
There are up to 6 bee colonies on the neighbouring property (with us) about 20 metres away. However, we can assure you that you will not be disturbed in any way. You won't even notice that there are bees in your neighbourhood. They are only interested in nectar and pollen.
Of course, you can also buy our honey and other honey products from us while stocks last.
If you are interested, we will be happy to give you an insight into beekeeping and the work and life of bees.

Location and surroundings of object
Our cosy Kaköhl holiday home is located on the outskirts of the village of Kaköhl, surrounded by meadows and cow pastures with no through traffic.
There is a farm shop on the Maßmann farm in the village. Here you can buy a variety of regional products.
Sehlendorf beach on the Baltic Sea is 3 km away and is a popular holiday destination for families with children. It is very easy to reach by bike. The picturesque coastal landscape and the fine sandy beach offer ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday by the sea. There are numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area, such as water sports, cycling and hiking. Excursions to nearby sights and attractions are also possible.
The town of Lütjenburg with its historic town centre is 6 km away and offers all shopping facilities.
