This elegantly furnished penthouse is located in the heart of Freudenstadt, just a few metres from Germany's largest market square. It offers 75 square metres of living space as well as a private terrace of an additional 80 square metres with a spectacular 360° panoramic view over the rooftops of the town and the surrounding Black Forest, which provides an unforgettable and breathtaking backdrop, especially in summer and on snowy winter days.
The living space: An open-plan area between the living room and kitchen gives this flat a spacious and homely atmosphere. In general, the furnishings are of a high standard. The living room offers a comfortable, high-quality leather sofa, a spacious armchair and a 55-inch smart TV (with Magenta TV) which is connected to high-speed internet.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, electric ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), microwave, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and all cooking utensils. Guests can easily prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner here. From this part of the flat, guests have access to a spacious, private terrace with lounge area and incredible panoramic views.
The bedroom offers a double bed equipped with two high-quality mattresses and quality bed linen and a large wardrobe with top-to-bottom mirror. Guests also have access to the private panoramic terrace from here. All sleeping areas have roller shutters to darken the room.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a washbasin, including a hairdryer. A towel set is available here. The toilet and a second washbasin are located in a separate area right next to the bathroom.
This fantastic penthouse offers the possibility for a third and fourth guest to stay overnight. Between the living area and the bedroom there is a space with a sofa that can easily be converted into a comfortable bed for 2 people.
A parking space for 1 car is available (on request) on the private property. However, the location of the flat is so central that visitors can easily explore beautiful Freudenstadt on foot.
Bicycle storage is also available in the basement (on request).
The exclusive penthouse is located on the 6th floor of a private building. The lift goes up to the 5th floor, which means that the last "10" steps have to be walked.
