The villa combines on one level: 3 bedrooms, (2x double bed 180x200cm and 1x sofa bed with integrated mattress 180x200cm), 1 living room and dining area, the open and fully equipped fitted kitchen with plenty of natural light, a spacious and bright bathroom en-suite with large round bathtub framed by columns, 1 shower room, a very sunny conservatory, pool terrace with private pool 8 x 4 mtr, outdoor shower with hot water.
Another highlight is certainly the rustic outdoor barbecue in natural stone, as well as a paella pan and a plancha (grill plate) in the outdoor kitchen, which is at your disposal. With its large seating area, which can be completely shaded if required, it is an ideal place for pleasant evenings. There is also an outdoor kitchen with dishwashing facilities and another fridge.
Gas central heating throughout the house, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room (hot/cold!), roller blinds, fly screens, awnings, electric access gate to the enclosed property, satellite TV, radio and internet.
