Description
The comfortable, detached holiday home (66 sqm), built in July 2022, is designed for 4 people. It is a solid house on a plot of approx. 440 sqm.
There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180x200cm) and a wardrobe. One bedroom also has a 32-inch television.
The spacious living room is furnished with 2 sofas, two armchairs, a stool, coffee table, sideboard, display cabinet and a 58-inch TV.
Now you also have a cosy fireplace (stove) at your disposal. You are welcome to bring your own wood.
Both the living room and the kitchen are very open and bright thanks to the stylish high ceilings and large panoramic windows, but can also be easily darkened by the floor-length curtains.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs as well as a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction hob including pots and pans, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and microwave.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, suspended WC, rain shower, wall-mounted towel heater, hairdryer and shelves.
A children's high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes horse are available in the storeroom.
All rooms have at least one window. There are also electric external roller shutters and integrated fly screens in the bedrooms and bathroom.
From the living room you can easily reach a covered terrace, which is furnished with a table, 4 chairs and a lounge sofa.
Parking spaces and a carport are located directly in front of the house.
A wallbox for charging electric cars is located directly under the carport.
The large garden, completely fenced, offers plenty of freedom of movement. Children's high chair is available.
Arrival on Saturday is possible by prior arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Nordwind is located in the new development area of the holiday village Jade/Eckwarderhörne, approx. 450 m from the North Sea dyke (Wadden Sea) and only a few metres from the park's own inland lake (50,000 sqm).
Eckwarderhörne belongs to the municipality of Butjadingen in the district of Wesermarsch in Lower Saxony and is located at the southern tip of the Butjadingen peninsula.
The place is very well suited for a relaxing holiday. At the same time, there are also many things to do on the peninsula.
Whether it's a stroll through Wilhelmshaven, Bremerhaven or Varel or relaxing walks along the dyke, swimming in the North Sea, mudflat hikes or nature walks - there's something for everyone.
The Butjadingen peninsula is easy to explore by bike, car or on foot. The Langwarder Groden nature trail is worth mentioning here, a marshland landscape in the Wadden Sea with boardwalks and good opportunities for observing migratory birds.
The 'floating moor' is only 20 minutes away by car.
We recommend travelling here by car or motorbike.

For the sake of fairness, electricity is charged according to consumption (currently 42 cent/ kWh) with the deposit. however, 2 kWh per day are free of charge for you. (for orientation - on average you use approx. 3 kWh without washing machine/dryer/car = Euro 1.26 per day).
The amount of the deposit is Euro 200,00.
When booking, your name, address and date of birth are also required for the issuing of guest cards and the visitor's tax.

Exempt are: Severely disabled persons (and 1 accompanying person) with 80% degree of disability as well as the 3rd and each additional child of a family, provided that the guest contribution is paid for the 1st and 2nd child.

Entspannung pur
Das Haus und ist wunderschön. Ich habe mich mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann einfach vom Haus aus loslaufen den See und das Meer geniesen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Holiday home North Wind G3
We arrived at a very clean, fully equipped holiday home and felt "at home" from the first minute. The location by the North Sea is excellent – perfect for a relaxing vacation.
