Description
Here you will find everything for 4 people to feel at home. The cosy living room with TV is adjoined by a kitchen with refrigerator, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, coffee maker, as well as a fully automatic coffee machine and enough dishes for self-catering.
There are 2 bedrooms available, each with a double bed (1,8x2,0mtr) and a "French Bed"(1,60x2,0 mtr), in this room there is also a "balcony loft bed" for adventurers (1,20x1,80 mtr), as well as a 2nd TV.
The bathroom was completely renovated in spring 2016 and is equipped with a ground-level shower, toilet and washbasin. A large 3D mirror cabinet and a hairdryer are also part of the bathroom, which is handicapped accessible
On the covered terrace with windbreak you will find a seating area for 4 people, as well as plenty of space for sunbathing
A washing machine, a freezer and a lava stone gas grill are available free of charge. A carport is attached directly to the house, another parking space is available at the house. WLAN free of charge .

Our cosy, detached holiday home is located directly on the Jade Bay on the Butjadingen peninsula. You live only a few minutes' walk from the sea, in the middle of the idyllic holiday village of Jade in Eckwarderhörne
The village's own lake, a sandy lawn, a children's playground and a tennis court invite you to relax. In the holiday village you will find a restaurant with a cosy beer garden and a bicycle hire service.
Tossens is about 6 km away, where you will find everything you need for daily life, many restaurants, a centre park with an indoor swimming pool, a petrol station, a garage, a supermarket, a bakery/café, a pharmacy, a post office and a doctor

Cancellation terms:
Up to 42 days before arrival: 20%; 41 - 10 days before arrival: 50%; 9 - 0 days before arrival: 80% of the total rental price. The €20 in other fixed costs refer to increased costs when bringing a pet; otherwise, no additional fees are charged for pets.

Super holiday apartment
We have stayed in this vacation apartment several times and can only recommend it. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars for cleanliness; it deserves more. The only downside is that you have to drive about 5 km to the shops. The outdoor area is also very well maintained and there are flowers everywhere. When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel at home and the vacation begins as there is no reason for a complaint. The deposit was back in the account 2 days after the end of the trip. Great landlords

Everything is great, TOP.
Mrs. Welteroth is very friendly and communication is excellent. The house is very cozy and super clean. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything you need is available. The terrace is also big enough for 4 people and not visible from the outside. So you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. A completely successful vacation and absolutely recommendable. Anyone who wants to relax will get their money's worth here. Wifi is available and stable. We would love to come back.

Super holiday home with pool.
These apartments have everything you need, even a coffee machine. We found a super clean apartment here and enough space, but it's about 5 km to the shops since the store in the complex is closed. It's quiet here, so you can really relax and go biking endlessly. Thank you for letting us stay here. This apartment can only be recommended.

A very great vacation
We were already there for the third time in the holiday village, but this house from the Welteroth family has exceeded everything!! From cleanliness, equipment to service, everything was great! So much attention to detail! We felt comfortable immediately!

Holiday in Eckwarderhörne
We found the holiday home exactly as we expected it based on the descriptions. Everything we needed was available. We particularly enjoyed the location within the holiday complex, directly by the small inland lake. Thank you also for the welcome gift.
