Description
This exclusive new semi-detached house on a private plot is situated in a very quiet 1A location (play street) between Norddeich and Norden from the dyke or also from the ferry pier. In a few minutes you can reach the beach by bike or on foot. It is just as easy to reach the popular "Norder Fußgängerzone" (pedestrian zone) with all the amenities of a modern small town (restaurants, hotels, cinema, modern boutiques, shopping centres, clinics and much more).
Your approx. 80 sqm holiday home offers enough space for up to 4 people. It has a well-maintained garden and a terrace with high-quality garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun all day long. Two adult bicycles and a barbecue are available for free use in the garden house. You will live in a modern house, built according to the latest energy efficiency standards and flooded with light. Both the ground floor and the upper floor are equipped with underfloor heating, and all windows have electric shutters. The holiday home is rented out as a non-smoking house, so we ask the smokers among our guests to smoke on the terrace on the ground floor.
Our holiday home has been furnished with great attention to detail, so we offer you an exclusive kitchen with a high-gloss front and a sep modern cooking island, cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, integrated oven and also integrated microwave. All the usual kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle, egg boiler, blender, coffee maker, sufficient crockery and all the usual kitchen utensils are provided so that you can indulge in your hobby (cooking) even on holiday. The spacious, bright open living area offers your family all the comforts you need to feel at home, including a modern flat-screen TV and a dining area with comfortable swing chairs. A large leather couch also invites you to "lounge". The washing machine and tumble dryer in the HWR are available for free use. The floor plan was adapted to a 4-person household and offers every comfort with 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.
A high-quality wooden staircase, designed as a half-swing staircase, leads to the upper floor. The luxuriously equipped bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The floor consists of very good quality laminate, the bathroom is of course tiled. The master bedroom has an elegant double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a wardrobe with sufficient storage space and an integrated infrared heat cabin. The second bedroom also has a very nice double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and is decorated in modern light grey tones, here a wardrobe also offers sufficient storage space. Both beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses, so that nothing stands in the way of a pleasant, healthy sleep. The harmoniously colour-coordinated daylight bathroom has a comfort shower with seamless entry.
Again, a high-quality wooden staircase leads to the attic studio. The studio with gallery is equipped with 2 separate comfort beds, which can be pushed together if required. Another flat screen TV leaves nothing to be desired. The headboards of the beds can be adjusted, so that it can be a pleasure to retire up here in the attic studio and watch a film or read a nice book in peace and quiet.

Your exclusive holiday home is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Norddeich. All leisure facilities such as the adventure pool "Ocean Wave", the children's playhouse, the popular seal breeding station, adventure mini-golf course, open-air pool, all spa facilities, the beach as well as the ferry port with connections to Norderney and Juist can be reached in a few minutes by bike or on foot. All shops for self-catering (bakery and butcher's shop) are within 5 minutes (500m) by bike, supermarket (Aldi, Lidl) are also 500m away. Norden, the town by the sea with even more flair!
Norden has a long history dating back to pre-Christian times, making it the oldest town in East Frisia. Sights such as the largest tree-lined market square in Europe, the Ludgeri Church with the beautiful Arp-Schnitger organ or the East Frisian Tea Museum with Museum of Folklore make Norden a popular tourist destination. The town consists of ten districts, Norddeich is probably the best known and most important district of Norden. You spend your holidays here directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast (a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE since 2009), where you can watch the tides wonderfully.
Norddeich developed from a fishing village into a popular coastal bathing resort and has been a state-recognised North Sea spa since 1979. in 1996, the Norddeich Clinic opened its doors, making Norddeich interesting for spa guests as well. In addition to its spa clinic, Norddeich has much more to offer, including a shallow sandy and green beach of about 14 hectares, the seal breeding station, the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool, the adventure golf park, children's playhouse, open-air swimming pool and much more.
For cyclists, there is an extensive network of cycle paths, allowing you to explore the beautiful East Frisian landscape. For pedestrians, there are mudflat walks and various hiking trails. In Norden-Norddeich you will also find the right culinary offer for every taste, whether on the dyke promenade or in the well-known pedestrian zone in Norden, you will find everything your heart desires, from simple snack bars to gourmet restaurants, from light fish dishes to hearty home cooking, from international cuisine to regional specialities.
There is also something for a convivial end to your shopping trip or an adequate start to the night. In the numerous restaurants, bistros, pubs and cafés you will find the necessary relaxation or the desired conviviality, depending on your mood.
Directly at the harbour of Norddeich you have the possibility to take the ferry to Juist or Norderney. In addition, many other destinations can be visited from Norddeich Baltrum, Langeoog, Helgoland, Aurich, Leer, Emden, Papenburg with a visit to the Meyer shipyard, the Ems barrage or the "Otto" lighthouse

As always, it was nice!
We were in this holiday home for the 2nd time and everything was great again. We would love to come back. The location is also great, very quiet street and still close to the tourist center of Norddeich. Many shopping options nearby. The beach is about 2.5 km from the holiday home. It's very quick to bike to watch the sunset. We were 3 adults, 1 12-year-old, 1 dog.

Unfortunately, only 5 stars possible :-)
Anyone looking for a perfectly equipped holiday home is in the right place. Every piece of furniture has been selected with attention to detail, so you feel immediately at home. From A to Z, everything was just as one would wish. Additionally, very nice contact with the landlord, who organized everything perfectly. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend this property to anyone interested.

Great accommodation!
It is a very tastefully furnished apartment. Nothing is missing. We immediately felt at home and very comfortable. We can highly recommend this accommodation. It should also be noted that communication with the landlord was excellent. There was a quick response to our request, the rental contract was quickly concluded, and the spa cards were provided digitally.

Arrived and immediately felt at home
We only had a short break from everyday life but felt very comfortable in the beautiful holiday home from the first minute.
Everything our hearts desired was available to us here.

Familienurlaub
The house is a dream and fulfills all wishes. It is furnished with great attention to detail, so that you feel very comfortable from the 1st day. There were 2 bicycles available, and we had rented an additional one for my youngest daughter. If you don't have to do a big grocery shopping, you can do everything by bike. The contact with the landlord was very nice and uncomplicated. We were completely happy and are happy to recommend the house.
