Cancellation terms:
Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing, with the date of receipt of your cancellation considered as the cancellation date. 1 - Accommodation A - Stays in our holiday accommodations Generally, any collected deposit will be retained in the event of a cancellation, therefore, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Additionally:
• For cancellations up to and including the 90th day prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 25% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations between the 89th and the 60th day inclusive prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 50% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations between the 59th and the 30th day inclusive prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 75% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations less than 29 days prior to the arrival date, we will charge the full rental amount (the deposit already paid will be deducted from this)
• In case of a no-show at the destination, we will charge the full rental amount (the deposit already paid will be deducted from this) plus any deposit already withheld
2 - Optional Additional Services
If you do not utilize booked and billed optional additional services at the vacation destination, there is no entitlement to a refund of the costs unless you were unable to use these services due to specific reasons such as force majeure, illness, or accident, which must be certified to us in writing.

CASA BLANCA offers everything for a relaxing holiday. For up to 4 people in a central and quiet location in the Montgri sector, only about 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 7 minutes walk to the centre, to the Alberes Comercial with many shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, restaurant also only 10 minutes walk.
CASA BLANCA is divided as follows:
Sunny living room with air conditioning, corner sofa, SAT-TV and access to the terrace and pool.
Dining area with table and chairs.
Modern open-plan fitted kitchen with: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
1 bedroom with double bed (2 single mattresses), air conditioning, wardrobe, windows with fly screens and electric shutters.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, window with fly screens and electric shutters.
1 bathroom with XXL walk-in shower, WC and washbasin, window with fly screens and electric shutters.
1 utility room with washing machine and cleaning utensils
Outdoor area and miscellaneous :
Covered terrace area dining table, chairs also a charcoal barbecue is available.
The rest of the terrace can be covered manually. 2 sun loungers, 1 parasol and outdoor shower
The swimming pool (approx. 5 x 3.5 m) with Roman steps is in operation all year round with pool service, south-facing - sunny side.
There is 1 enclosed car parking space in the entrance area.
CASA BLANCA has underfloor heating, so the house can also be heated very well in the cooler seasons.
