Welcome to Ferienhaus Lotta, your cosy home in the heart of the picturesque Harz Mountains in Bad Harzburg. This charming holiday home offers 93 square metres of space for up to 6 guests. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is ideal for families or small groups.

Nestled in a beautiful natural landscape with views of the sky, plants and trees, the Lotta holiday home offers a relaxing atmosphere. The well-tended garden with barbecue area is the perfect place for cosy evenings with family and friends. A private car park is also at your disposal.

The holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob with integrated extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine. The open-plan living area with cosy seating area and TV invites you to relax. In the colder months, the fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. There is also a reading and play corner for the little ones.

The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished and offer relaxation. A cot and high chair are also available. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry.

The holiday home Lotta is a non-smoking house and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Long-term rentals are possible and craftsmen are very welcome.

Our holiday home Lotta is located in Bad Harzburg/Göttingerode near the campsite with sauna area and small indoor pool with restaurant, surrounded by forests and hiking trails. Fresh Harz air, pure nature, hiking, mountains, and culture to experience.

A direct bus stop is located in front of the door, which you can use free of charge with the spa card.

Supermarkets (EDEKA, Netto, KIK, DEICHMANN), a bakery, a hairdresser, as well as restaurants (Italian, Greek) are located in the next town, approx. 1. 8 km away.

Treetop and tree root trail, historic castle hill with its cable car and its many hiking trails, Brocken, Torfhaus, and much more. Family fun: Swing golf, mini golf, pit-pat, horseback riding, Kanguroom (Jump & Fun Park), for the very little ones a visit to the fairytale forest and wildlife enclosure is worthwhile

Vacation in the Harz

Small idyll with many excursion possibilities

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful, clean, and lovingly decorated holiday home - from the very nicely equipped kitchen, the cozy living and dining area, to quiet and retreat options for the whole family, right down to the freshly picked hydrangea bloom from the own front yard, everything was very lovingly arranged and decorated. Everyone felt comfortable right away and could immediately switch into vacation mode. The garden and especially the sandbox were always gladly used by the children.

The greeting from the nice landlords was warm and the contact was totally uncomplicated.

The house is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for shorter walks or longer hikes in the immediate vicinity but still very central to explore a lot in the area with short distances by car.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Beautiful vacation, super equipped holiday home

We spent very nice days there. Anyone who enjoys hiking or exploring charming little towns like Goslar is in the right place. The house is tasteful and modern, equipped with everything one needs and more. The host family was also very nice, and now we have booked our second stay there and are already looking forward to discovering new mountains, restaurants, and alleys.

Short vacation

Dreamy holiday cottage with beautiful land

The holiday home is an older house that has been modern renovated. From the moment we arrived at the property, the many little details were noticeable, which extend completely from the entrance area through the corridor, the living room, the play area, the two bathrooms, and the two sleeping areas. With the many candles that we were allowed to use, we always created a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the evening, which was already present due to the quiet surroundings. The whole house has been modernly renovated, and we lacked nothing. The large garden offers families with children plenty of space to play without any hidden dangers. The attention to detail can also be seen in the garden.

We say THANK YOU and look forward to seeing you again soon, as Bad Harzburg is also a great starting point for hiking in the Harz and up to the Brocken.

P.S. For those who collect hiking badges, you will quickly gather a few stamps here as well. We hiked eight trail stamps and four special stamps, skipping two or three.

Beautiful house to feel comfortable

We just wanted to get away for a few days and found a beautiful house. Pure coziness, totally child-friendly including a sandbox and a garden for hide-and-seek, everything you need is there. Our kids said every day how nice a house we had found this time. Playground around the corner. And a herd of cows with calving cows that we had to visit daily. We are all very happy and will come back when we feel like hiking in the Harz again! A real "temporary home"! Thank you very much! ! !

Super schönes Ferienhaus

We were lovingly welcomed in the small Lotta. Everything was very clean and lovingly arranged. Everywhere there were small candles and even a small swimming shell was provided for the children. It's like coming home in the small Lotta. You can tell that everything was done with a lot of attention to detail for a nice vacation. There were four of us. Our children loved the garden with many hiding spots. Thank you for the great week. We can highly recommend it for families. Everything is very easily accessible. Keep it up.

A beautiful, clean, spacious holiday home to feel comfortable and with plenty of space to play for the little ones.
We as a family (2 adults + 1 toddler (1 year old)) were totally thrilled and enjoyed the time very much.
The landlords are also very nice and familial. The contact was always very positive.

: Very beautiful holiday home in a peaceful location, ideal for relaxation.

We stayed in the holiday home Lotta for a week with two adults and two small children. We really liked it, everything was super clean and the children loved the play area. One or two safety gates for the stairs would have been beneficial, especially the stairs to the basement were a hazard, and we had to watch the children closely there. The location of the holiday home is central, and everything could be reached quickly by bus or car. We all felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Thank you for the wonderful and smooth stay. Best regards.

super cozy holiday home

We had the pleasure of renting this wonderful holiday home over New Year's Eve.

There was a very warm welcome, including a tour of the house. Everything was very clean and tidy.
All rooms are practical and beautifully designed.
There were 2 bathrooms (1x with shower, 1x with bathtub), really perfect for us.
One large bedroom and one small bedroom (for the child).
The kitchen was well equipped, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto, etc.
The fireplace in the living room provides coziness in bad weather and short days. (Firewood and lighters are available).

There is a parking space directly on the property. The public transport connections are good, with a bus stop right at the door, you can easily reach the center of Bad Harzburg or Goslar.
The holiday home is also a good starting point for hikes.
The residential area is pleasantly quiet.

The communication with the landlady was always very pleasant. Special requests were gladly fulfilled for us.

We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the holiday home.

Dreamy and charming holiday home

Contact and service were excellent.

The vacation home is tip top clean and leaves nothing to be desired. We arrived with two adults and one child and felt very comfortable.

Even in the cold season, a fireplace with firewood is available.

There is a toilet with a shower on the ground floor and a toilet with a bathtub on the upper floor.

In terms of space, the house is designed for 5-6 people.

The city is also quickly reached for shopping. Whether it's a toboggan run, cable car, or hiking opportunities, everything is only a few minutes away.

CONCLUSION for us: We will definitely come back!
