Two steps to the house entrance with vestibule and wardrobe as well as direct access to the large garden plot for sole use
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, fridge for drinks, electric cooker, toaster, food slicer, hand mixer, and much more.
Open access from the kitchen to the living/dining room with wood-burning stove, large dining table, upholstered seating area, flat screen TV, panoramic view of the garden.
On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 triple bedroom with TV, 1 double bedroom with cot, bathroom with bath and 1 separate WC
On the 2nd floor : 1 double bedroom, 1 four-bed bedroom.

The non-smoking holiday country house is located on a 4600 sqm fully fenced meadow property with old fruit trees on the outskirts of Kirchahorn, in the municipality of Ahorntal. We are located in the city triangle of Bayreuth, Bamberg and Nuremberg. The south orientation ensures sun from morning to evening. What a heavenly place many a visitor will exclaim at the sight of this enchanting property, it really is a very special place to enjoy as a holiday guest. In the covered outdoor seating area, even a rain shower cannot take away your holiday pleasure. Wellness lovers will enjoy the new sauna in the garden.

a feel-good place
We have already felt at home for the third time in three generations of our extended family in the Ahorntal country house. Both the spacious and tastefully furnished living room with a long dining table and the huge enchanting garden invite play, cozy lounging, or sunbathing, as well as quiet retreats. The kitchen is large enough for joint cooking activities, the room layout is suitable, and the evening sauna was an additional bonus point. The large trampoline was a highlight for the children. There is also plenty of toys, a climbing house with a slide, and a sand roundabout. In the area, there is plenty to discover, from museums, castles, baths, or hiking and climbing tours. The landlords are super friendly and uncomplicated. We would love to come back anytime.

Great vacation home, everything thought of, very friendly landlords.
The holiday home is not exactly cheap, but you get a lot for your money: the condition, the amenities, the cleanliness - everything is excellent. The large kitchen/living area is just right for shared moments preparing meals and spending time together. There is plenty of space for games in the garden, and a grill is also available. The surroundings invite you to hike. Pottenstein as the "pleasure rock" and other worthwhile destinations are quickly accessible. And last but not least, the landlords are uncomplicated and very friendly without being pushy. We have been there twice already and will definitely come back. Best regards!

Beautiful family weekend
We stayed with 9 adults and 2 children for a weekend in the beautiful country house. We were warmly welcomed and given details about the house, garden, and sauna. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to recommend the house to others.
