In a prime location in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz is the fantastic holiday flat "Deck 2", which is perfect for an unforgettable holiday by the Baltic Sea. With space for up to 4 people and a size of approx. 98 m², the flat offers enough space for families or friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea and in the Schlei region.
Layout and furnishings
The flat has floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and an open-plan living/dining area with fireplace and access to the balcony, which extends around the entire holiday flat. The "Deck 2" holiday flat is family-friendly, so that even the little ones feel completely at home and your four-legged friend is also very welcome here.
Best location at the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz
From the large balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea and end your day in peace in a beach chair. There is a supermarket with a bakery just 5 minutes' walk away, so you can buy your own provisions at any time. Two beaches are only a 15-minute walk away and offer you the opportunity to cool off in the Baltic Sea or go for long walks.

The Ostsee Resort Olpenitz offers a wide range of activities and leisure options. Active holidaymakers get their money's worth here, the resort has its own marina, great beaches and a wide range of different water sports activities such as stand-up paddling, fishing or boat tours. Just 10 minutes away by car is one of Germany's most popular small towns: Kappeln. The town has a rich history and many cultural attractions, such as the Angeln steam railway, the museum harbour or the historic old town with its pretty half-timbered houses, great shopping and restaurants. In summer, there are many regional events in and around Kappeln, such as the Herring Days and the harbour market.

In the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein, on the Schwansen peninsula and close to the idyllic town of Kappeln, our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is located in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany.
In recent years, a unique holiday resort in a class of its own has been created on the more than 150-hectare site of the former Olpenitz naval base, which boasts a variety of special holiday homes and exceptional properties right on the Baltic Sea.
Nestled between the Schleim estuary and the Baltic Sea, our Baltic Sea resort is surrounded by unrivalled nature and equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and varied all year round. At the heart of the resort we have our own private beach for our guests. Here, on the gently sloping sandy beach, there is plenty of space to relax from everyday life and for young and old to play and swim.
For spontaneous shopping during your holiday, our modern EDEKA-Hafenkante offers a very good selection of groceries and household items, as well as selected specialities from the region. In addition to bread, rolls and cakes, the bakery located in the market also offers a tasty breakfast. The spacious bistro area with a view of the harbour basin invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee, a good lunch or simply a glass of wine.
If you don't have your own bike with you, you don't have to miss out on extensive tours along the Baltic Sea or the Schlei. Bicycle hire is available directly on site.
In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort, an adventure golf course awaits you on an area of 2,800 metres, which has been designed with great attention to detail and offers fun for young and old. Take a relaxing stroll along the harbour promenade and browse through the small shops. Fresh fish directly from the cutter, canoe and boat hire, bookable motorboat trips and, of course, a spectacular harbour cinema are regularly available directly at the harbour.
The immediate proximity to Weidefelder Strand, with its own dog beach, beer garden, playground and beach chair hire, rounds off the holiday experience and offers the perfect maritime flair.
The nearest town, Kappeln, is a recognised Baltic Sea, Kneipp and climatic health resort with around 9,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist attractions for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cosy fishing harbour is always worth a visit and is only about 8 minutes away by car. A shuttle bus runs regularly from the Baltic Sea resort to Kappeln. The town is also easy to reach by bike.
From Kappeln harbour, you can take a trip on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" to the Schleimünde lighthouse. A wonderful experience for the whole family.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung kurzfristig über das verlängerte Maiwochenende gebucht und es hat uns super gefallen. Der Wasserblick zu allen Seiten ist toll und da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir die umlaufende Terrasse ausgiebig nutzen. Die Einrichtung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und es hat uns auch sonst an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank an das Meerzeit-Team, die uns noch so kurzfristig alles hergerichtet haben.

Wir (2 Erwachsene ,2 Kinder) haben schon öfter unseren Urlaub im ORO verbracht. Diesmal waren wir auf der Suche nach einer besonderen Ausstattung und haben diese im Deck2 gefunden. Die Farbgestaltung ist etwas ganz besonderes und hebt sich von den anderen Ferienwohnungen deutlich ab. Auch die tolle Sauna hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage war für uns auch ausschlaggebend (direkt am Wasser, Nähe zum Kinderspielplatz und zu Edeka). Wir empfehlen das Deck2 auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen bestimmt mal wieder:-)
