The holiday home "Hafenmeister" is located directly on the water and offers a view of the harbour cinema to the front and the Schlei to the back. So you can enjoy the rising sun in the morning and the setting sun in the evening from the terraces. The house is designed for 4+2 persons.
The house is a semi-detached house and equipped with

-one bedroom with two single boxspring beds (0,90m x 2m), which can also be put together

The house was built in 2018 as a semi-detached house at the old naval harbour of Olpenitz. A holiday village is being built here, which is still developing at the moment. Therefore, it should be noted that there is still construction activity in the immediate vicinity.

Note: the house has two real bedrooms, each sleeping two people. Additional sleeping facilities on a pull-out couch for up to two more people are located at the very top of the studio. The studio is open plan and does not have its own door. There is a full bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub, WC and washbasin. A guest WC with hand basin is on the ground floor. There is another shower in the sauna area, but no other WC or washbasin.

Gladly again :-)
We stayed at Villa Hafenmeister for a week for the second time at the beginning of February and again felt very comfortable.
The house is great and practically furnished. From the kitchen equipment to the sufficient amount of clothes hangers, absolutely nothing is missing.
The spacious sauna area deserves special mention, as do the activities for children and families. The dining table can be turned into a pool table in a few minutes and a round of table football is also possible in the Villa Hafenmeister.
We can unreservedly recommend the house and it will not have been the last visit for us either!

We have been completely satisfied!
The house offers everything you need and more....
Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer-
We had one rainy day, but that was no problem as we had spent a fun evening playing pool
we had a fun evening playing billiards.
The beach in the resort is only a few minutes away and not so crowded.
If we needed a little something, we were at the Edeka in 5 minutes.....Thumbs up!!!

Everything was available and clean.
During our stay it was not so warm for a summer holiday, so the special equipment of the house was all the nicer.

We extensively enjoyed the surrounding area with lots of sunshine and so the time was too short to savour the numerous amenities of the beautiful and inviting flat. We felt very comfortable (also due to the very friendly and always accessible host), very well recovered and will be very happy to come back.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Hauseigentümer!!! Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Neues italienisches Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Abwicklung der COVID-Tests war unproblematisch.

the holiday villa is equipped with everything you could wish for, the location is fantastic and you can get to the nearest beach in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The test station is only 5 minutes away and you can do free tests every day, really great how the SWH is regulated.

The only negative point is the surroundings. The holiday home is in the middle of a huge holiday home settlement. However, there is only one small and very expensive Edeka market within walking distance. We always had to take the car to the beach with a toddler and a baby. There are simply no small shops, businesses, cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
Nevertheless, we would choose this accommodation again at any time.
