Discover your perfect holiday home in the Hahneburg 4a apartment, located in Garding on the North Sea. This charming accommodation offers space for up to four guests in 72 square meters of living area with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Outside, you will find an idyllic garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue area, inviting you to relax and enjoy. A parking space in the carport (in the front garden) is available to you during your stay. An existing wallbox (with Type 2 plug/cable) in the carport can be activated for you upon request.
The spacious terrace on the west side invites you to linger and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery. The terrace is equipped with a pergola; the desired shade can be individually optimized. An outdoor power outlet is available. The terrace in the rear garden is pleasantly shady on hot summer days. There is also the play tower with slide and horizontal bar.
The newly installed kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher, microwave, blender, kettle, and coffee machine, as well as a Caffissimo capsule machine. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. In the living room, a television with integrated DVD player provides entertainment.
For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair. Free Wi-Fi, connected to the fiber optic infrastructure, is available throughout the accommodation; a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and a hairdryer are also provided.
The interior is warm and inviting, with wooden accents and modern design. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the surroundings. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation, as we also want to offer allergy sufferers a pleasant and carefree stay.
The holiday home is barrier-reduced, i.e. there are no steps within the apartment (which is located entirely on the ground floor). Doors are at least 75 cm wide or wider. Access through the front door is via 2 steps. However, you can also enter the house at ground level via the terrace through the large sliding door, with a small threshold. A disabled guest with a compact active wheelchair was able to use all rooms of the apartment well. With the help of a small ramp (available on site), he was able to enter the apartment and the terrace independently. The shower is at ground level, with a diagonal entrance, also wheelchair accessible.
For the families who visited us, the loft bed was always the attraction for the children. The garden has two play areas: in front of the house a large lawn, behind the house a somewhat smaller lawn with a play tower, a slide, and a horizontal bar.
Bad weather clouds usually pass quickly over Eiderstedt. But if the weather outside should be unpleasant, we have many games and puzzles for family time, as well as books and magazines for the adults.
Many of our guests arrive with their bicycles (or rent some locally) and then explore Eiderstedt by bike. Away from the main roads, there is a good network of paths. Many interesting destinations, the beaches, 18 churches, the country inns, and much more. Wonderful cycling, because there are few inclines. The bicycles can be safely stored in a large, lockable carport shed.

The holiday home is located on the northern outskirts of Garding in a quiet residential street with no through traffic. The wide meadows and fields that are typical of Eiderstedt are just a stone's throw away. This is an ideal starting point for cycle tours away from the traffic to discover the varied landscape of Eiderstedt and its sights. Garding offers many shopping facilities and leisure activities that can be reached on foot or by bike

Hahneburg 4a is a family project that started in 2011 with the purchase of the semi-detached house Hahneburg 4a in 2011. We love the North Sea and have spent many family holidays in Denmark since our earliest childhood and later with our daughter very often on family holidays in Denmark. We have had many good experiences there, but also bad experiences. And with these experiences we have chosen the holiday home Hahneburg 4a according to our ideas, giving it a Nordic/Frisian character Character. In the last few years, we have then extended the house according to the suggestions suggestions of our guests and according to our ideas and renovated it to make it more energy efficient. We feel very much at home on Eiderstedt and enjoy the North Sea climate. We live next door in the other half of the house, Hahneburg 4, and are on Eiderstedt as often as our job allows Eiderstedt as often as our job allows. We speak German and English.
