Discover our spacious holiday home "Haus im Grünen" in the Upper Danube Nature Park in Tuttl. With 150 square metres of living space, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 2 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom and two toilets. The living area is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a large staircase.
The house is ideal for a family holiday and your four-legged friends are also very welcome. Enjoy the peace and quiet and nature in our beautiful garden or on the terrace. A car park is at your disposal. From the house you can start directly with a beautiful walk on the Kapf, a hike, or a bike ride. The town centre can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, and the Tuttlinger Bad/Sauna TuWass can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes.
The house is fully equipped and has a new, renovated kitchen in the upper living area complete with ceramic hob, oven, crockery, fridge with separate freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. A large dining table invites you to eat in the kitchen.
The large, cosy living and dining room is furnished with a Bruno sofa bed and armchair bed, TV, dining table with a view of the garden.
The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and fresh bed linen. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and has a walk-in shower. Two toilets are separate.
The garden is directly accessible from the kitchen but also from the living room. There are two terraces, one directly off the dining room and a second below the house in the garden.
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house. Long-term rentals are possible.
The interiors are comfortable and mostly newly furnished. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room is cosy and invites you to relax.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the northern part of Tuttlingen. Tuttlingen is a medium-sized town in the south of Baden-Württemberg.
Tuttlingen is ideally located on the Danube, directly on the Danube cycle path, HW1 long-distance hiking trail. Lake Constance can be reached in less than 30 minutes, the Black Forest is around 30 minutes away and the Danube valley is also less than 30 minutes away. Sigmaringen Castle, Hohenzollern Castle, Mainau and the Rhine Falls can be reached in under an hour. Freiburg is around 90 minutes away and Europa Park is a two-hour drive.

We have renovated a large part of my mother's house and spend our holidays there. I am often in the house myself when I visit my mum in her home.
