Spacious 4-room flat, 2-4 persons, 45 m² living space with mountain view
We offer our guests a cultivated ambience on 45m². The occupancy is designed for up to four people. If required, it is possible to provide a cot for an additional small child. The flat is located on the 2nd floor, it includes a bathroom with bathtub , a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living area with electric fireplace and fold-out couch and a bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. We provide you with a WLAN/DSL connection. You will receive the password for the WLAN on site. It was first let in the summer of 2010 and has been completely renovated in 2019.

Location and surroundings of object
From your holiday flat "Bergblick" you look directly at the Fichtelberg, the highest mountain of the upper Ore Mountains. Here with us in Crottendorf, the fun begins right on the doorstep for active skiers, cyclists and hikers. Well-marked leupes, cycling and hiking trails are waiting to be discovered by you. The paths to the Scheibenberg or round hiking trail are only a few minutes' walk from the house. Beginners and advanced hikers can enjoy their sporting activities here. The Zschopau meanders through Crottendorf as a small stream. At the foothills of the Fichtelberg and in the beginning Zschopau valley, the village is situated at an average altitude of 650m, nestled by surrounding mountains in a sheltered location from wind and weather. The village stretches along the Zschopau River for 6 km. Currently 4500 people live and work here. The starting points of the marked hiking trails close to the village can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the Bergblick holiday flat. To the east are the Liebenstein and Schießberg mountains. During walks along the edge of the forest, you have a wonderful view over the village and the neighbouring mountains and valleys. In the winter season, the ski lift is in operation on the Schießberg. The Kalkberg with its disused lime quarry stretches to the south and the "Illing Höhe" to the south-west, a cosy ridge lined with fir trees, rowan trees, allotment gardens and meadows right up to the edge of the forest. This area is a small walker's paradise on balmy summer evenings. The light mood in the morning and in the evening hours is particularly charming here. Advanced hikers and cyclists can start from here to the Wolfen mill or the Markersbach pumped storage plant.
To the northwest is the Scheibenberg with its basalt columns and lookout tower, a popular destination for excursions all year round. Watch the impressive sunrises in Crottendorf or the disappearance of the red-coloured sun disc in the evening. At this time, the mountain world is enchanted by unique light moods and shadow plays.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Winter vacation over Christmas and New Year's.
Dear Demmler family, thank you very much for allowing us to rest in your little vacation cottage. We even had snow! In you, we found kind, caring and understanding landlords. Thanks again for the small, loving farewell memento. The cottage was furnished with everything one likes, conveniently located on the slope towards the forest, decorated for Christmas, and offered enough space for at least two people. If you are otherwise satisfied, you can feel at home in a short time. Our dog Lotti also settled in quickly. The usual walks were also guaranteed here. It was nice that we were allowed to be here and once again thank you very, very much for everything. Maybe we will see each other again sometime. In any case, we are happy to recommend you.
