Description
The Liebgart holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the holiday home and is accessible via a short staircase with 6 steps. It is designed for up to eight people and has two separate bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a cosy living room with dining area and a nice bathroom. It is ideal for older people or families with several children. The long hallway offers numerous storage options in the form of a spacious regulation system.
The flat can be booked for a daily rate from 75 euros for up to four people. We charge an additional 15 euros for each additional person.
The living room
The living room is the central area of the flat. It impresses with its friendly colours and the cosy tiled stove, which keeps the flat woolly warm in winter. Here you can spend cosy evenings on the inviting Ratan couch or sociable games in the dining area.
The kitchen
The kitchen offers a lot of space. It is equipped with a cooking island, integrated gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and an oven. Next to the cooking island is an integrated dining area and a small bar that can seat up to 6 people.
The bathroom
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and washbasin. Bath towels and hand towels can be booked separately. Hairdryer, soap, clothes horse and mirror are included. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and can be heated in winter. We provide one roll of toilet paper per person.
Family bedroom for up to 6 people
The family bedroom is equipped with a double bed made of solid spruce wood and spring mattress and a bunk bed for up to 4 persons. The sleeping accommodations are separated from each other by a screen wall. Each bed has separate lighting, charging sockets for mobile phones and storage compartments for books. The room can be heated by central heating. Bed linen can be booked separately with our linen package
Bedroom for 2 persons
The master bedroom is very cosy and offers a double bed made of solid spruce wood, a built-in wardrobe, storage compartments for books and mobile phones and charging sockets. The room can be heated by central heating. Bed linen can be booked separately with our linen package.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Liebgart" holiday flat is within direct sight of the Fichtelberg, the highest mountain in the upper Ore Mountains. Here with us in Crottendorf, the fun for active skiers, cyclists and hikers starts right at the front door. Well-marked leupes, cycling and hiking trails are waiting to be discovered by you. The paths to the Scheibenberg or round hiking trail are only a few minutes' walk from the house. Beginners and advanced hikers can enjoy their sporting activities here. The Zschopau meanders through Crottendorf as a small stream. At the foothills of the Fichtelberg and in the beginning Zschopau valley, the village is situated at an average altitude of 650m, nestled by surrounding mountains in a sheltered location from wind and weather. The village stretches along the Zschopau River for 6 km. Currently, 4500 people live and work here. The starting points of the marked hiking trails close to the village can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the Bergblick holiday flat. To the east are the Liebenstein and Schießberg mountains. During walks along the edge of the forest, you have a wonderful view over the village and the neighbouring mountains and valleys. In the winter season, the ski lift is in operation on the Schießberg. The Kalkberg with its disused lime quarry stretches to the south and the "Illing Höhe" to the southwest, a cosy ridge lined with fir trees, rowan trees, allotment gardens and meadows right up to the edge of the forest. This area is a small walker's paradise on balmy summer evenings. The light mood in the morning and in the evening hours is particularly charming here. Advanced hikers and cyclists can start from here to the Wolfen mill or the Markersbach pumped storage plant.
To the northwest is the Scheibenberg with its basalt columns and lookout tower, a popular destination for excursions all year round. Watch the impressive sunrises in Crottendorf or the disappearance of the red-coloured sun disc in the evening. At this time, the mountain world is enchanted by unique light moods and shadow plays.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
