Description
The recently built accommodation is located in the compact and completely car-free holiday village of Amici, right by the sea between the Tuscany and Lazio regions. The holiday park has its own sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols, restaurant/pizzeria, bar, football pitch, tennis court, entertainment and mini club (in high season), small playground and a mini market, making this holiday village a popular holiday destination.
The recently built bungalows, which are in very good condition, offer space for a maximum of 5 people and have a master bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a further 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together). A folding extra bed can also be set up in the bedroom or living room if required. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. The beautiful bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or at the sports activities. Pillows and blankets provided, bed linen, towels, air conditioning and final cleaning included. 2 sunbeds and a parasol on the beach are included in high season (as of 2024). WIFI free of charge, barbecue allowed in the holiday park. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 5h. Half or full board can be booked on site on request. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrival and departure is possible daily and the minimum length of stay is 7 nights in the period from 03.08.-23.08.2024. In the period from 06.07.-02.08.2024 / 24.08.-06.09.2024 the minimum stay is 4 nights. In the period from 22 June to 5 July 2024, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 2 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday village borders directly on the coast and can be reached in less than 2 minutes. 2 sunbeds and a parasol on the beach are included in the high season (as of 2024). Pedalos and canoes are also available free of charge on the beach (in high season).

FAMILY FRIENDLY
The motivated entertainment team organises sports activities during the day in high season and looks after the children in the miniclub. In the evenings, the entertainment team organises shows and entertainment.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The recently built sports facilities, which can be used free of charge, include a tennis court, football pitch, table tennis, basketball court and volleyball court. A pool table and canoe/pedalo are also available free of charge.
SHOPPING
In the mini-market you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese and groceries.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Of course you can also make use of the half or full board at favourable conditions. You are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary). Half board for 20 euros, children between 3-10 receive a 50% reduction and children up to 2 free of charge.
PETS
A maximum of 2 pets are welcome in specially designated accommodation and must be registered when booking. There is also a specially equipped dog beach for four-legged friends, as well as a dog walking course.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Marina di Pescia Romana is a great seaside resort in Tuscany. The town offers the opportunity to relax on the beautiful beaches. Marina di Montalto offers you a variety of shops, gelaterias, restaurants and a beautiful beach promenade where you can enjoy walks with the family. You will also find extensive water sports facilities on the beach, making your holiday an adventure holiday. You can go on long walks, cycling and horse-riding excursions. Marina di Montalto is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Etruscan areas, the famous cities of art and culture and the medieval villages. For example, visit the excavations of the ancient city of Vulci or the Torre di Montalto. A former observation tower built under Pope Pius V (1566-1572) for coastal defence. Just 20 kilometres to the north is Capalbio, an almost intact medieval village that offers a magnificent panorama of the surrounding Maremma. A day trip to the city of Rome, just 1.5 hours away by car, is also possible from here.
