Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful 4-star Bella Italia holiday complex, from where you can easily reach the old town of Peschiera via the promenade along the lake. The holiday village is located directly on Lake Garda, which has a magical attraction: for splashing and swimming, canoeing or pedal boating. The main attraction of the holiday village is undoubtedly the large, fantastic pool area: five pools for swimmers and non-swimmers, extra areas for younger guests and a fun water mushroom ensure fun for young and old alike. The multilingual entertainment team organises courses, tournaments and games for guests of all ages every day. In the evening you will be entertained with performances, musical moments and events for an unforgettable memory of this holiday. The resort has restaurants, a supermarket, souvenir shop, medical service, several great playgrounds, a wide variety of sports and a well-equipped pebble beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Premium mobile home is modern, bright and comfortable. It has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (small freezer compartment), 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery and Italian espresso pot. There is a sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Outside there is garden furniture with table, chairs, 2 loungers/chairs and an electric barbecue. This mobile home has a semi-covered wooden terrace. Air conditioning/travel cot/high chairs are available for a fee (book at least one week before arrival). The car park is included. Note If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-06.09.2023 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday, the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the period from 18.05.-28.06.2023 and from 20.04.-04.05.2023 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for the booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The 1 km long pebble beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex is a large, free beach. Those who prefer to lie on grass will find a large green area on the beautiful Lake Garda beach. There are many water sports facilities available to guests: Windsurfing, paraflying, water skiing and rowing. The ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to take part in one of the many sports activities. A snack can be taken in the shade of the restaurants located directly on the beach, which offer a refreshingly tasty menu.
POOL
The pool area is simply overwhelming: holiday guests have 5 pools at their disposal, which not only make children's hearts beat faster, but also offer a real experience for adults. With water slides, a large water mushroom and a water feature, fun is guaranteed. A large sunbathing area with loungers and parasols is available for relaxation. Another highlight is the artificial sandy beach by the pool area. The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for our adult guests.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Whether it's football, table tennis, beach volleyball, aquagym or archery, you'll never be bored. There is a Mini Club for children aged 4 to 10. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists, attend cookery courses and the circus school or take part in the exciting treasure hunt. Every evening, the entertainment team offers you the best entertainment together with international guests. There is also a fantastic firework display every 15 days during the high season. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer: Basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, boccia, archery or tennis.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: football, beach volleyball, archery or boccia are available. Tennis is available for a fee. Or keep fit with water gymnastics twice a day. On the beach you can learn windsurfing, paraflying, waterskiing, rowing, pedal boating or simply jogging along the lake. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The restaurants are happy to spoil you and also offer a large selection of takeaway meals.
PETS
Pets are NOT allowed.
SPECIALS
You can hire a buoy or boat mooring. There is a beautiful firework display every 15 days during the high season. The holiday complex is car-free. The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50. Highchairs and travel cots can be ordered at the time of booking if required (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday complex borders directly on the gently sloping beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda lies on the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda. Peschiera's old town centre, which is completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleyways, you will find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few railway stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. There is also a small marina in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises barrier-free shops and is therefore ideal for wheelchair users and families with pushchairs. Great souvenirs, but also delicious salami, cheese and fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought cheaply at the weekly markets. Every Monday is market day in Peschiera. The town of Castelnuovo del Garda is located next to Peschiera. It boasts a castle built by the Visconti family in the 14th century, which towers over the old town centre of Castelnuovo. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous arena with open-air performances is just half an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Peschiera. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
