The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful 4-star Bella Italia holiday complex, from where you can easily reach the old town of Peschiera via the promenade along the lake. The holiday village is located directly on Lake Garda, which has a magical attraction: for splashing and swimming, canoeing or pedal boating. The main attraction of the holiday village is certainly the large, fantastic pool area with five pools for swimmers and non-swimmers, an extra area for younger guests and a fun water game. The multilingual entertainment team organises courses, tournaments and games for guests of all ages every day. In the evening, you will be entertained with performances, musical moments and events that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory. The resort has restaurants, a supermarket, souvenir shop, bike hire, medical service, several great playgrounds, a wide variety of sports and a well-equipped pebble beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. Wifi can be used in the holiday complex for a fee.
This ground-floor Oleandro accommodation for a maximum of 6 people (no overcrowding) consists of a master bedroom and a children's room with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The accommodation has a TV, air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Bed linen and towels are included. WIFI is available. Barbecues are permitted. A travel cot and high chairs are also available (please reserve when booking). Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 2h. Car park included. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from xx to xx the arrival and departure day is Wednesday or Saturday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the remaining period the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The 1 km long pebble beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex is a large, free beach. Those who prefer to lie on grass will find a large green area on the beautiful Lake Garda beach. Guests can enjoy a wide range of water sports such as windsurfing, paraflying, water skiing and rowing. The beach is therefore the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to take part in one of the many sports activities. A snack can be taken in the shade of the restaurants located directly on the beach, which offer a refreshingly tasty menu.
POOL
The pool area is simply overwhelming: holiday guests have 5 pools at their disposal, which not only make children's hearts beat faster, but also offer a real experience for adults. Fun is guaranteed with water slides, a water feature and a water playground. A large sunbathing area with loungers is available for relaxation. Another highlight is the artificial sandy beach by the pool area.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Whether it's football, table tennis, beach volleyball, aquagym or archery, you'll never be bored. There is a Mini Club for children aged 4 to 10. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists, attend cookery courses and the circus school or take part in the exciting treasure hunt. Every evening, the entertainment team offers you the best entertainment together with international guests. There is also a fantastic firework display every 15 days during the high season. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer: Basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, boccia, archery or tennis.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: football, beach volleyball, archery or boccia are available. Tennis is available for a fee. Or keep fit with water gymnastics twice a day. On the beach you can learn windsurfing, paraflying, waterskiing, rowing, pedal boating or simply jogging along the lake. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday resort has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The restaurants are happy to spoil you and also offer a large selection of takeaway meals.

Pets are NOT allowed.
SPECIALS
You can hire a buoy or a boat mooring. There is a beautiful fireworks display every 15 days during the high season. The holiday complex is car-free.

LOCATION
The holiday complex borders directly on the gently sloping beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda lies on the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda. Peschiera's old town centre, which is completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleyways, you will find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few railway stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. There is also a small marina in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises barrier-free shops and is therefore ideal for wheelchair users and families with pushchairs. Great souvenirs, but also delicious salami, cheese and fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought cheaply at the weekly markets. Every Monday is market day in Peschiera. The town of Castelnuovo del Garda is located next to Peschiera. It boasts a castle built by the Visconti family in the 14th century, which towers over the old town centre of Castelnuovo.
A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous arena with open-air performances is just half an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Peschiera. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from white water rides to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
