Description
The holiday home "Casa Concha" will be rented by us from 2024.
It is a pretty house of approx. 150 m2, only approx. 10 minutes' walk from the dream beach of Roche, and has three bedrooms for a maximum of 6 people. The house also has a living/dining area with an open fireplace and a spacious, bright kitchen with modern glass doors leading directly onto the terrace. Here our guests can enjoy an extended dinner with a view of the green garden (approx. 750 m2) and then relax with a gin and tonic in the chill-out zone right by the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and crockery, cutlery, drinking glasses, etc. It also has a gas cooker. It also has a gas cooker with 4 hotplates, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Should the weather not play along, there is also an inviting dining area in the house, which connects the kitchen and the cosy living room (with satellite TV). Of course, the house also has three bathrooms (1x en suite), each with shower and WC.
The house is in a quiet location, close to the neighbouring pine forest, which is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. An exciting climbing garden (not only) for children is also just a stone's throw away. The Eurovelo 8, an international cycle route, has recently been added in the immediate vicinity. Despite the quiet location, the centre of Roche Residencial is only a few hundred metres away (approx. 10 minutes' walk). Here you will find entertainment in the form of bars, a restaurant and a cafeteria and sports (bike hire, tennis courts, climbing wall), as well as all practical facilities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, stationery shop, hairdresser, etc.
The main beach of Conil "Playa los Bateles" and Conil itself are approx. 5 km away, where our guests will find culture, sightseeing, beach fun and shopping facilities, as well as a large selection of bars, restaurants and localities for a full holiday day and the long Andalusian summer nights. The pretty fishing village is worth more than just a short visit; incidentally, it is the only one of the famous "white villages" that lies by the sea.

Holidays at Casa Concha
We found the house perfectly clean and in suitable condition for use.
The house, garden, pool, etc., corresponds correctly with the description and photographs in the advertisement.
The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The lively area of Conil (restaurants, tapas, drinks, shops, ...) is about a 15-minute drive, and the area of La Barrosa and Sancti Petri is also about 15 minutes in the opposite direction. The house is located in a quiet and noise-free area. Within the urbanization itself, there is a pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, etc.
The house is very well equipped, comfortable beds, two air conditioning units (living room and main bedroom), three bathrooms with showers and a toilet, bath and beach towels, two barbecues (one gas and one charcoal), sufficient dishes and glassware, two coffee makers (Nespresso and tabletop type), toaster, barbecue utensils, etc. Nicole's attention was exquisite and attentive to ensure nothing was missing, in addition to her friendliness.
In summary, great vacation, repeatable and highly recommended.
