Description
The family-friendly holiday flat is located in the central Viel residence in Bibione and is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful, wide and gently sloping sandy beach. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. A children's pool and an adult pool provide pleasant refreshment during your holiday. In Bibione Spiaggia, a wide range of entertainment and sports facilities await you. Wifi is available free of charge. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the residence.
The beautiful and modern furnished flat Tipo C with 65 square metres offers space for a maximum of 6 people (an extra occupancy with a baby in a travel cot is possible on request). The flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 3 single beds, two of which can be pushed together to form a double bed if required. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Also in the living area is the well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas hob (with 4 burners), a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The covered balcony with table, chairs and parasol invites you to relax in comfort while the children have fun in the pool. SAT-TV, air conditioning, a safe and a parking space in the residence are included in the price. Bed linen (included) and towels can be rented on site (please reserve when booking). If required, a travel cot and high chair can also be hired (please reserve when booking). From mid-May to mid-September 2024, a sun lounger, deckchair and parasol on the beach are included in the price. Journey time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 01.06.-13.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the remaining period, the minimum length of stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Bibione Spiaggia is just a few minutes' walk from the holiday complex. From mid-May to mid-September 2024, a sun lounger, deckchair and parasol on the beach are included in the price. While you enjoy the sun and the gentle sound of the sea, your children can let off steam on the gently sloping golden beach or in one of the many playgrounds. If you prefer something a little more sporty, there are various sports facilities and entertainment programmes for young and old on the beach in Bibione. For children, there are craft workshops, sports activities and games that will enable them to make new friends quickly. Of course, there are various bars, toilets and showers available on the beach and lifeguards ensure the safety of guests so that you can enjoy your stay on the beach to the full without any worries. The beach is equipped with wide paths, making it ideal for families with pushchairs. For dog owners, there is the Pluto beach in Bibione. Here, dog owners will find everything they could wish for from a dog beach. From dog lead holders on the sun loungers to dog bowls and running water for refreshing dogs.
POOL
The well-organised pool area in the residence provides refreshment with a pool for experienced swimmers and a children's pool where even the little ones can have fun. Sun loungers and deckchairs are available around the pool area for relaxation.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the gently sloping golden sandy beach. In Bibione, the whole family gets their money's worth. For younger children, there are various playgrounds and an entertainment programme with arts and crafts and sports activities on the beach. Older children can learn to windsurf in one of the 5 schools, for example, as the sea breeze that blows towards the shore makes windsurfing easy and safe even for children. Or how about a bike tour? In Bibione, you can also explore the surrounding area on two wheels, thanks to the fantastic cycle paths.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Whether windsurfing, kayaking, beach volleyball or aquagym in the sea, there are countless activities on offer in Bibione. In addition to the pleasantly warm water, the thermal baths also offer various spa treatments. In the evening you can enjoy the nightlife of Bibione. Various concerts with live music are held in the squares in the centre. A walk along the moonlit beach makes for romantic holiday moments. There are several discos with different styles of music for night owls.

Although the residence does not have its own supermarket, you will find various shopping facilities within walking distance.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas cooker (with 4 burners), a microwave, a coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer compartment. If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance where you can enjoy delicious Italian cuisine.
PETS
A maximum of two small pets are allowed, subject to notification at the time of booking. Bibione has a dog beach, the Spiaggia di Pluto. Here dog owners will find the best conditions for a relaxing day at the beach with their dog. In the summer months, free dog training courses and agility courses are offered on the dog beach every Thursday. If you would like to use the sunbeds and parasols on Pluto beach with your dog, the beach set included in the hire price will be credited towards the Pluto beach fee. LOCATION
The residence is in a prime location in Bibione. The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away, making the holiday complex ideal for families with children. Thanks to its central location, a variety of restaurants, gelaterias and shops are also within easy walking distance. The town centre is also within walking distance.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Bibione is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Italy and impresses not only with its beautiful 8 km long and wide sandy beach, but also with its cleanliness, services and sports facilities. On the beach you will find well-organised beach bars, sun loungers and parasols as well as showers, crèches and spacious changing rooms. If you want to get active, you'll be spoilt for choice! Sailing, kayaking, beach volleyball or boccia - there's something for everyone here. Family is very important here, so there are several events for children, mums and the whole family. Baby, mini and junior clubs offer children of all ages the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world. Safety plays a particularly important role on the beach: 6 first aid treatment rooms, 28 sea rescue service posts and a smoking ban between the first row of parasols and the sea. Every Tuesday morning there is a weekly market in Bibione (next to the Luna Park). Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to go on a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where 52-degree water bubbles up from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here!
