Holiday apartments and houses in Caerano di San Marco

The apartment is not the best, but it has everything you need. It is close to the beautiful beach, so we found the location very convenient, and there are also several nice little shops nearby.

Upon arrival, we were called by a friendly lady who wanted to know when we would approximately arrive. I was emailed a code for the key safe since the office was closed at that time. The next day, we completed the remaining formalities. Everything was very straightforward and the staff was very friendly. The apartment is simply furnished, but we even had two bathrooms with two toilets, a bidet, and two showers. The apartment was a bit cold since we unfortunately had bad luck with the weather, but nobody can do anything about that. A complaint regarding the shower hose was promptly addressed. If you are arriving later in the evening and need bed linen/towels, you should mention this right away so that the agency can prepare it in the apartment. We were there in the off-season, and it was very quiet and relaxing. The property appeared very well-kept and we would come back anytime outside of the season, thank you for everything!

We were on vacation for 2 weeks at the end of August. We were 2 families, each with a toddler. The key needs to be picked up at an agency. They manage many apartments. We arrived on Saturday and had to wait an hour for our keys. However, the staff was eager to serve everyone quickly and friendly. About the apartment: we had apartment 33. It was okay for the 6 of us, but there would have been no more room for another person at the table. The apartment was unfortunately not very clean. Once on the balcony and we had black feet. Also, the electricity can go out if too much is running at once. Therefore, we unfortunately had to throw away some food. The plaster is broken off a wall. The pool was great. Our children enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there are very few shaded areas, but we still always found a spot in the shade. The beach of Bibione can be reached on foot. Also, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Our conclusion: For us, it was sufficient, as we were often out and only actually used the apartment for sleeping. Nevertheless, we would have preferred the apartment to be a bit more well-maintained.
