Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Oasi holiday complex in Sottomarina. The holiday village borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families. It has a swimming pool complex which, in addition to a swimming pool, also has a children's pool with a fun water slide and water games. To make sure you don't get bored on holiday, the resort has an entertainment team for adults and a mini club/entertainment for the little ones. There is also a great playground, a wide range of sports activities, restaurants and a supermarket. There are also two cafés and a fish restaurant on the well-equipped sandy beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. The holiday complex also has its own boat harbour. The historic and beautiful town of Chioggia is just a few minutes away. Venice is always worth a visit and can be easily reached both by land and by sea.
The Bora Bora accommodation for a maximum of 5 people, including one child up to the age of 12 (on request it is possible to add a child up to the age of 4) consists of a master bedroom and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed (for a small child). In the living area there is a sofa bed which can accommodate an additional person if required. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. A microwave and toaster can be hired on request. A SAT-TV is available. The bathroom has a shower with washbasin. The WC with washbasin is separate. The covered wooden terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning (deposit for air conditioning card 10 EUR on arrival) is included. Bed linen and WIFI are optional. A set of a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath are also available for a fee (please reserve when booking). Barbecues with gas or electric are permitted. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 3.5h. Half board can also be booked on site on request. A car park is included. A parasol and 2 sun loungers are included for each flat on the beach (as of 2024). Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 14.07.-24.08.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the period from 30.05.-13.07.2024 / 25.08.-07.09.2024 the day of arrival and departure is Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday (minimum stay is 4 nights). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 2 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The wide sandy beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has both a private beach with sun loungers and parasols and a large free beach. The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. A parasol and 2 sun loungers are included for each flat on the beach (as of 2024). This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe, read a book, build a sandcastle or simply doze off. Those who want to quench their hunger or thirst on the beach are spoilt for choice. A fish restaurant and a snack bar as well as two cafés are at your disposal, offering an inviting, refreshingly delicious range of food from morning to night. On the beach, footpaths guarantee access with pushchairs or wheelchairs to the shoreline, sunshades and beach bar. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. The beach also has a great children's playground.
POOL
Holidaymakers have access to a beautiful swimming pool complex. There is an area for swimmers and an area for children and all those who want to have fun. The imaginatively designed water slide and the water game guarantee you the full fun factor. You also have the opportunity to take part in diving courses in the pool.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. In addition to muscle training and aqua-gym, games and tournaments are also organised. For children up to the age of 12, there is a mini club where your children can play, win small competitions and make lots of new friends. In the evening, the entertainment team offers a variety of entertainment for the grown-ups as well as baby dance. There is a wide choice of sports for those who want to get active: Basketball, volleyball, football, boccia or diving are just a few of the options. If you would like to take riding lessons, you can do so 500 metres from the holiday complex. There are also two playgrounds in the holiday complex, one on the beach and the other near the accommodation.
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice. Beach volleyball, indoor football, boccia, table tennis, aqua gym or muscle training are just a few examples. Those who like to try something new also have a variety of options here, with riding lessons, diving courses and tennis courses on offer (for a fee). Why not take your boat with you on holiday and have a great time at sea? The Oasi holiday complex has a marina where boat moorings can be hired. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a selection of everyday items.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you don't want to cook for yourself every evening, there are restaurants nearby. There is everything your heart desires, from pizza and vegan menus to fresh fish. If you would prefer to make use of half board, you can book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
One small pet up to a maximum of 10kg is allowed with prior notification at the time of booking.

LOCATION
The holiday complex is located directly by the sea and borders the Veneta lagoon.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Sottomarina is a suburb of Chioggia on the beautiful Adriatic coast. It is popular not only with young people, who come to Sottomarina from all parts of Veneto, especially at weekends in summer, but also with families, as children will find everything they need here. Behind the wide, 6 km long sandy beach runs the beautiful seafront promenade. The southern part of Sottomarina is entirely dedicated to tourism, while the northern part, the old town centre of Sottomarina, is more like Chioggia. In the evening, the town invites you to take a stroll or stop off at one of the many restaurants. Sottomarina is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, which is easily accessible via an 800 metre long bridge. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The weekly market is held every Thursday in Chioggia and is one of the largest in the entire region. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. For those who prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
