Description
The large and new mobile home with 3 bedrooms is located in the Rossini holiday village and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family. The holiday village is located in Sottomarina and borders directly on the famous historic town of Chioggia (also known as Little Venice). The holiday village comprises bungalows, mobile homes and pitches. In addition to a large pool, there is also a paddling pool for children. Playgrounds, entertainment and a mini club are also on offer. The holiday complex borders directly on the gently sloping sandy beach and makes swimming in the pool and sea a varied pleasure. Dogs are not allowed anywhere in the holiday village. The holiday village also has a supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables, a restaurant-pizzeria, snack bar, kiosk and a bazaar, all amenities for a perfect family holiday.
The large, new mobile home has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds), a living area with satellite LCD TV and a well-equipped kitchen (pans, crockery, cutlery, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher), two bathrooms with toilet, washbasin and one with a shower. The large sliding glass doors (180 cm wide) in the living room significantly enlarge the living area and the covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground. Cushions, blankets available, air conditioning included, 2 sun loungers +1 parasol on the beach included (as of 2024). A baby cot and high chair can be hired on site for a deposit. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 3h. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily, the minimum length of stay is one night. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday village borders directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and is also very suitable for families with small children. All flat units include 2 sun loungers and a parasol on the private beach (as of 2024). Animation such as: Water gymnastics, stretching gymnastics and many other activities. The beautiful and large playground is directly adjacent to the beach.
POOL
In addition to a large pool, there is also a children's paddling pool with a small slide.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The holiday village is designed for families with children. A daily entertainment programme for children (miniclub) and adults is available to holiday guests. While the focus is on games and sports activities for older children (e.g. mini-volleyball, football, etc.), parents of small children have a mini-club for the little ones. Animation and entertainment programmes are available in the evenings. Of course, playgrounds and a play hall as well as a children's paddling pool are also on offer.

LOCATION
The holiday village is right next to the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. Around 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Sottomarina.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Sottomarina is a suburb of Chioggia on the beautiful Adriatic coast. It is popular not only with young people, who come to Sottomarina from all parts of the Veneto, especially at weekends in summer, but also with families, as children will find everything they need here. Behind the wide, 6 km long sandy beach runs the beautiful seafront promenade. The southern part of Sottomarina is entirely dedicated to tourism, while the northern part, the old town centre of Sottomarina, is more like Chioggia. In the evening, the town invites you to take a stroll or stop off at one of the many restaurants. Sottomarina is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, which is easily accessible via an 800 metre long bridge. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The weekly market is held every Thursday in Chioggia and is one of the largest in the entire region. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. For those who prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
