Description
The flat is located in the seaside residence Lanterna Sunny Resort. The residence is surrounded by a pine forest in the village of Tar. The resort offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Playgrounds, delicious restaurants, a discotheque and a supermarket are just some of the many attractions that make up the perfect family holiday. The deep blue sea is just a few metres from the residence, making it ideal for families with small children. The beach offers a number of plus points: Children's playgrounds, sandpit, beach section for pets, changing cabins and much more! There is a laundry in the holiday residence, which will wash your dirty clothes for an extra charge. Would you like to cook for yourself or do you need cosmetics? No problem! There is a supermarket a stone's throw away where you can buy all the products you need. Wifi can be used free of charge in the complex.
The 4 Pax Seaside apartment offers space for a maximum of 4 people including babies. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. A combined living room and bedroom with a sofa bed that can be folded out offers two further sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchen has a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. A kettle can also be borrowed free of charge on site. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. The balcony or terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax, while the children can let off steam in the playground. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The bed linen is changed once a week. A car park and final cleaning are included. A baby cot can be rented if required (please reserve when booking). On request, breakfast or half board can also be booked on site. Travelling time from the Croatian border approx. 40 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from xx.-xx.2024 the minimum length of stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the period from xx.-xx.2024 / xx.-xx.2024 the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 1 night (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
After a short walk through the pine forests, you are directly on the beautiful rocky and pebbly beach with deep blue water. The shady holm oaks and the paved path to the beach offer ideal conditions for families with pushchairs. Sunshades and sunloungers can be hired on the beach. The clean water, which has been awarded the blue flag by the Foundation for Environmental Eduction (FEE), is ideal for diving or snorkelling. You can also hire pedalos, canoes, paddle boats or sailing boats and take a leisurely trip across the clear water. Banana boat rides or speedboats with paragliders provide a little more action. A mooring for your own boat is available on request. Other highlights include changing rooms, showers, beach volleyball and a children's playground. Lifeguards also ensure safety on the beach.
POOL
Although the residence does not have a pool, it is only a few minutes' walk from the beach.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Nobody is left out at the Lanterna Sunny Resort residence! The riding club, paintball or laser tag are great activities for children. But the adults don't miss out either: various sports facilities, a discotheque, evening music and delicious restaurants offer a varied programme. A children's playground offers the little ones a great opportunity to let off steam and spend lots of time in the fresh air.
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you can choose between cycling excursions or a nearby sports centre with beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf, tennis courts etc. (for a fee). (for a fee). You also have the opportunity to get active on the water. Banana boats, pedalos, canoes and paddle boats can be hired on the beach. In the evening, you can dance the night away in the residence's discotheque. Laser tag, airsoft and paintball offer a fun way to experience some action with the whole family.
SHOPPING
Do you need a souvenir, food or beach utensils? No problem! The residence has several shopping facilities where you can find everything you need! A large, new supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity of the residence. The town centre of Poreč is also just a few minutes' drive away. There you will find everything your heart desires.
FACILITIES
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. If you don't want to cook for yourself, the neighbouring show-cooking restaurant Marina serves delicious pizzas from the wood-fired oven, grilled dishes and Mediterranean specialities. The Delfin restaurant on the beach offers delicious fish dishes and a wonderful view of the sea and the nearby town of Novigrad. Near the reception there is a disco with a selection of drinks and cocktails. You can of course also make use of the breakfast or half-board service at favourable conditions. You are welcome to book these on site (pre-booking is not necessary). There are various bars, fast-food restaurants and ice-cream parlours in the vicinity of the flats.

LOCATION
The resort is located directly by the sea and is therefore ideal for families with small children. It has a favourable geographical location for excursions to Poreč, Umag or Pula. In addition, the famous Istralandia water park is just a few minutes' drive from the Lanterna Sunny Resort residence.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful historic town of Poreč is located next to the sea and is a true place of rest and relaxation with its pine forests, promenades along the sea and restaurants on the coast. It is full of artistic and historical attractions and is waiting to be discovered by you. The Istralandia water park, which offers fun for the whole family, is just a few minutes' drive away. Pula is just a few minutes' drive from the holiday resort. One of the main attractions and landmarks of the city of Pula is the amphitheatre, which was built under Emperor Augustus and extended under Emperor Vespasian. It could seat around 23,000 people, making it one of the largest amphitheatres built by the Romans. The Brijuni Islands are also recommended for a day trip. They are located directly in front of the historic coastal town of Pula and the village of Fazana. The island archipelago can be easily reached by ferry from these towns. The 36 km² national park includes 14 islands. The largest of the islands, Veli Brijun, can be visited freely, while the other islands are partly in state and private ownership and are guarded. In the exotic animal park of the national park, in the north of the island of Veli Brijun, you can see Nile antelopes, llamas, zebras, elephants and many other animal species. For food lovers, the market in Poreč is a great place to buy fresh produce. This takes place daily from 07:00 - 13:00 and is located near the old town by a large car park.
