Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful Marco Polo holiday complex and is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful gently sloping sandy beach and the lively centre of Bibione. Thanks to the playground, the large pool area and the daily entertainment programme for children up to the age of 12 during the high season, the whole family will have a great time at the resort. As the flats are not only equipped with air conditioning but also with heating, nothing stands in the way of a family holiday even during the cooler seasons. There is also free WiFi in some areas of the holiday complex as well as a coin-operated washing machine and a communal tumble dryer for your laundry. Bicycles can be hired on site at preferential rates.
The beautiful two-storey 2-room flat Bilo B5 offers space for a maximum of 5 people (including babies) and is located in a terraced holiday home. The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and also has a balcony. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area on the ground floor offers two more sleeping options. The kitchen, which is also located in the living area, is equipped with a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a filter coffee machine, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a washbasin, a WC, a bidet, a hairdryer and a shower. The furnished and covered terrace on the ground floor has both a garden and an open fireplace, so that nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening with family and friends. SAT-TV, air conditioning, heating, a safe and a first set of bed linen and towels are also included in the rental price. The beds will already be made when you arrive and the towels will be ready in the flat. Towels are replaced every other day and the accommodation (excluding kitchen) is cleaned. A covered car park is also included. Of course, a baby cot can also be rented if required (please reserve when booking). A high chair can be hired on request when booking. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, a deckchair and a parasol on the beach. Travelling time from Ital. Border approx. 4h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 18.05.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Sunday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Bibione Lido del Sole is just a few minutes' walk from the holiday complex. However, you can also make use of the free shuttle bus, which takes you to the beach several times a day in high season. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, deckchair and parasol on the beach. While you enjoy the sun and the gentle sound of the sea, your children can let off steam on the gently sloping golden beach or in one of the many playgrounds. If you prefer something a little more sporty, there are various sports facilities and entertainment programmes for young and old on the beach in Bibione. For children, there are craft workshops, sports activities and games that will enable them to make new friends quickly. Naturally, there are various bars, toilets and showers available on the beach. In addition, lifeguards ensure the safety of guests so that you can enjoy your stay on the beach to the full. The beach is equipped with wide paths, making it ideal for families with pushchairs. For dog owners, there is the Pluto beach in Bibione. Here, dog owners will find everything they could wish for from a dog beach. POOL
The holiday complex has a large pool area consisting of 3 pools. The children's pool is equipped with a water feature, which of course delights the youngest guests. This means that the whole family can enjoy a fun-filled day by the pool. Sun loungers and parasols are freely available around the pool area.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The residence is ideal for families with small children. A daily entertainment programme and a mini club with various activities or workshops will make every child's heart beat faster in high season. Of course, there is also a playground in the complex where children can let off steam and make new friends. There is also a playroom that can be used in bad weather. Families with small children can borrow or hire a high chair, changing table, bottle warmer or buggy on request. A baby cot can be hired.
LEISURE AND SPORT
For those who prefer something a little more sporty, there is also a bike hire service at the residence. This means you can explore Bibione comfortably by bike. There are also various activities available in Bibione, such as windsurfing, kayaking, beach volleyball and aquagym in the sea. The thermal spa also offers various spa treatments in addition to the pleasantly warm water. In the evening you can enjoy the nightlife of Bibione. Various concerts with live music are offered in the squares of the centre. A walk along the moonlit beach provides romantic holiday moments. There are several discos with different styles of music for night owls.
SHOPPING
You will find various shopping facilities within walking distance. Not only can you find groceries and everyday items in the immediate vicinity, but you also have various opportunities to stroll around.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Of course you can also eat at the snack bar or in the restaurant of the holiday complex. Breakfast can also be booked on site.
PETS
Max. 2 small dogs up to 8 kg are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking. Bibione has a dog beach, the Spiaggia di Pluto. Here dog owners will find the best conditions for a relaxing day at the beach with their dog. LOCATION
The residence is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There are restaurants, gelaterias and shops within walking distance. The town centre is also within easy walking distance.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Bibione is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Italy and impresses not only with its beautiful 8 km long and wide sandy beach, but also with its cleanliness, services and sports facilities. On the beach you will find well-organised beach bars, sun loungers and parasols as well as showers, crèches and spacious changing rooms. If you want to get active, you'll be spoilt for choice! Sailing, kayaking, beach volleyball or boccia - there's something for everyone here. Family is very important here, so there are several events for children, mums and the whole family. Baby, mini and junior clubs offer children of all ages the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world. Safety plays a particularly important role on the beach: 6 first aid treatment rooms, 28 sea rescue service posts and a smoking ban between the first row of parasols and the sea. Every Tuesday morning there is a weekly market in Bibione (next to the Luna Park). Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to go on a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where 52-degree water bubbles up from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here! Numerous churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or on a guided tour.
