Description
This family-friendly flat is located in the Residence Katja in Bibione. Despite its central location, it is only a few minutes' walk to the sandy beach, making the flat ideal for families. The residence has its own pool with sunbathing areas, which are equipped with loungers and deckchairs. Various restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. There is also a lift to the flats for holiday guests. Wifi is available in the holiday complex and is free of charge.
The 29m2 flat offers space for a maximum of 4 people. It has a bedroom with three single beds, which is separated from the living room by an open wall. The flat also consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, which has a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, bidet and hairdryer. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort. 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers on the beach are included per flat in the 2024 season. SAT-TV is available. Air conditioning/heating is also available free of charge. A car park and a safe are included. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 3.5h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 07.07.-31.08.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Sunday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Bibione Spiaggia is just a few minutes' walk from the residence. In the 2024 season, 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds on the beach are included per flat. While you enjoy the sun and the gentle sound of the sea, your children can let off steam on the gently sloping golden beach or in one of the many playgrounds. If you prefer something a little more sporty, there are various sports facilities and entertainment programmes for young and old on the beach in Bibione. For children, there are craft workshops, sports activities and games that will enable them to make new friends quickly. Of course, there are various bars, toilets and showers available on the beach and lifeguards ensure the safety of guests so that you can enjoy your stay on the beach to the full. The beach is equipped with wide paths, making it ideal for families with pushchairs. For dog owners, there is the Pluto beach in Bibione. Here, dog owners will find everything they could wish for from a dog beach. From dog lead holders on the sun loungers to dog bowls and running water for refreshing dogs.
POOL
The pool area belonging to the residence is divided into a deeper part for swimmers and a non-swimmer area. Around the pool there are sunbathing areas with deckchairs which are available free of charge.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The residence is very suitable for families. You only have to plan a few minutes' walk to get to the centre. Bibione has many shopping facilities and is very popular for strolling around in the evening or enjoying a good ice cream. The residence has its own pool and is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Bibione. Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the gently sloping golden sandy beach. In Bibione, the whole family gets their money's worth. For younger children, there are various playgrounds and an entertainment programme with arts and crafts and sports activities on the beach. Older children can learn to windsurf in one of the 5 schools, for example, as the sea breeze that blows towards the shore makes windsurfing easy and safe even for children. Or how about a bike tour? In Bibione you will find various bike hire outlets so that you can explore the surrounding area on two wheels. The Lunapark Adriatico awaits you not far from the residence, making the eyes of visitors of all ages sparkle every evening and ensuring a good mood
LEISURE AND SPORT
Whether windsurfing, kayaking, beach volleyball or aquagym in the sea, Bibione offers countless activities. In addition to the pleasantly warm water, the thermal baths also offer various spa treatments. In the evening you can enjoy the nightlife of Bibione. Various concerts with live music are held in the squares in the centre. A walk along the moonlit beach provides romantic holiday moments. Several discos with different styles of music await the night owls.

LOCATION
The holiday village is not far from the beach and is therefore ideal for families with children. It is just a few minutes from the centre of Bibione.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Bibione is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Italy, not only for its beautiful 8 km long and wide sandy beach, but also for its cleanliness, services and sports facilities. On the beach you will find well-organised beach bars, sun loungers and parasols as well as showers, crèches and spacious changing rooms. If you want to get active, you'll be spoilt for choice! Sailing, kayaking, beach volleyball or boccia - there's something for everyone here. Family is very important here, so there are several events for children, mums and the whole family. Baby, mini and junior clubs offer children of all ages the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world. Safety plays a particularly important role on the beach: 6 first aid treatment rooms, 28 sea rescue service posts and a smoking ban between the first row of parasols and the sea. Every Tuesday morning there is a weekly market in Bibione (next to the Luna Park). Bibione is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to go on a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where water at a temperature of 52 degrees gushes out from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here!
