Description
The Villagio Turistico Internazionale Eden is situated in a marvellous panoramic location directly on the water. Peace, nature and entertainment are kept in perfect balance here. The holiday village has the following facilities: a large park with garden, restaurant-pizzeria-bar, snack bar, grocery shop, three swimming pools, water slides, playgrounds for children, tennis court, football pitch, volleyball court, basketball court and slot machines. Lake Garda is also ideal for numerous water sports. You can hire sailing boats, surfboards and water skis at the campsite. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Premium mobile home is modern, bright and comfortable. It has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (small freezer compartment), 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery and Italian espresso pot. There is a sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. A semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 deckchairs and an electric barbecue invites you to relax. WIFI is available. Travel cot and high chairs as well as air conditioning are available for a fee (please reserve when booking). Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. The car park is included. Please note If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday, the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the period from 20.04.-04.05.2024 and from 18.05.-31.07.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday village borders directly on Lake Garda and has a private beach. Here you can relax while your children build sandcastles or let off steam in the water.
POOL
The Eden holiday village has 2 large swimming pools. The swimming pool on the lowest plateau of the holiday village has a separate paddling pool with children's slides. The mobile homes are located at the top of the site near the swimming pool with an exciting 60 metre long slide and the "Huggy Buggy" slide.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The playground is probably the highlight for your children. While the children are having fun in the 2 outdoor play areas, you can relax in the sauna or with a massage. The children can also slide down the water slides into the swimming pool. If your children need more thrills, take them to the nearby amusement park for an afternoon and enjoy unforgettable moments there.
LEISURE AND SPORT
The Villagio Turistico Internazionale Eden is an ideal starting point for unforgettable tours by car around the lake, for cycling excursions or for countless boat trips if you prefer the water. You can also hire sailing boats, surfboards and water skis.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a wide range of everyday items.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Of course, you also have the option of eating out in one of the restaurants within the holiday complex. The varied Italian cuisine awaits you.
PETS
Pets are NOT allowed.
SPECIALS
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
This holiday village is located on the west side of Lake Garda in an area known for its magnificent, colourful panoramas and flourishing nature. The Eden holiday village is a quiet, terraced complex.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
San Felice del Benaco is idyllically situated in a slightly elevated position on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. The main town with its old alleyways and a romantically overgrown fortress ruin is located around 2 kilometres above Lake Garda. The beautiful bays around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese and the headland of San Fermo can be reached from here via narrow lanes. From Portese - a small village belonging to the municipality - you have a beautiful view of the neighbouring town of Salò, which nestles in the bay of the same name. The centre of Portese has some nice places to eat and drink. The island of Isola del Garda lies directly in front of the lakeshore of San Felice del Garda. The island is home to the stately neo-Gothic Venetian-style villa, which served as a place of meditation for St Francis of Assisi and can now be visited during the summer months. Every Wednesday there is a lovely weekly market in San Felice del Benaco, where you can find fresh fish, fruit and vegetables as well as unique sausage and cheese specialities at good prices. A city trip to Verona, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances, is just 1 ½ hours away by car. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
