Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful, well-kept Baia Verde holiday complex. The complex is located directly on the western shore of Lake Garda, close to the beautiful town of Manerba del Garda. The peaceful location surrounded by nature guarantees a relaxing holiday. But fun and entertainment are not neglected here either: the little ones can have fun in the playground and in high summer in the mini club. The complex has a beautiful pool area with whirlpool and children's pool, a sandy pitch suitable for football and beach volleyball, bike hire, a restaurant with bar and take-away service, a small supermarket, a TV room, a barbecue station and coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
The Mobilehome Charme can accommodate a maximum of 5 people (including at least one child up to the age of 11). The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. In the living area there is a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and hairdryer. The WC with another washbasin is separate. The covered terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers as well as the small garden invite you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning is available (for a fee). Wifi and a car park are included in the price. Bed linen and towels can be booked (please reserve when booking). Barbecues are permitted with a charcoal grill. If required, a "baby package" consisting of a travel cot and a high chair can be rented (please reserve when booking). The journey time from the ital. Border is approx. 2h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-23.08.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the period from 18 May to 31 May 2024, the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday complex borders directly on the beautiful pebble beach of Lake Garda. Enjoy a relaxing sunbath or take a refreshing dip in the cool lake. The beautiful pebble beach has both a free section and an area where sunbeds and parasols can be hired. Your four-legged friends are also welcome on this part of the beach. At the end of the beach you will find a small harbour where pedalos can be hired.
POOL
The beautiful pool complex has a large lagoon pool for adults with underwater massage and a small children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool and on the sunbathing area. A special highlight for adult guests is the whirlpool on the roof, which offers complete relaxation with a wonderful view over the resort. In the high season, sporty guests will get their money's worth with the aquagym organised by the professional entertainment team. Those who need a little refreshment after a dip in the cooling waters will find it in the restaurant right next to the pool area.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the high season, a multilingual entertainment team provides the best entertainment for young and old. The little ones can let off steam in the playground, make new friends in the mini club and have fun at the mini disco in the evening. The professional entertainment team also organises aquagym and aerobics. In the evening, you can enjoy live music once or twice a week. The resort also has a TV room. If required, a "baby package" consisting of a travel cot and a high chair can be hired (please reserve when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit while on holiday, you can benefit from the great facilities on the complex. A sandy pitch offers the opportunity to play football or beach volleyball. Table tennis tables are available and table football can be played for a fee. The multilingual entertainment team organises aquagym and aerobics for sporty guests. You will also find a bicycle hire service at the resort.
SHOPPING
The resort has a small supermarket where you will find fresh food, a large selection of everyday items and camping equipment.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, there is a restaurant and a take-away service in the complex.
PETS
A maximum of one pet of small to medium size (approx. 10kg) is permitted in the accommodation provided for this purpose, subject to notification at the time of booking. Please inform us of the breed and weight at the time of booking. Dangerous dog breeds are not permitted (in particular pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans). For dog owners, there is a dog beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex where sun loungers and parasols can be hired.

LOCATION
The holiday resort boasts a beautiful location directly on the western shore of Lake Garda, making it ideal for families with small children. The holiday complex is the ideal starting point for walks, hikes, bike rides and horse riding excursions through the beautiful countryside. It is also in a favourable geographical position for excursions to northern Italy, such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, Bergamo and Brescia, as well as to the beautiful Dolomites.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Manerba del Garda is idyllically situated on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. From the Rocca del Manerba, a castle ruin on a prominent rock near Montinelle, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the south of Lake Garda. Montinelle is one of the eight villages that make up the municipality of Manerba, surrounded by the olive groves and vineyards of Valtenesis. In Manerba you will find picturesque shore areas, the small harbour of Porto Dusano and the Punta Belvedere headland, from the tip of which you can wade across to the cypress island of San Biagio and which offers wonderful bathing spots in its shallow areas. Every Friday from 08:00 - 13:00, the weekly market takes place below the church, where you can find everything your heart desires: from selected foods and delicious liqueurs to pet supplies, fashion and kitchen utensils. Enjoy the atmosphere as you stroll through the market stalls. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous arena with open-air performances is just an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Manerba del Garda. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered animal species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
