We rent out 2 holiday flats! Please enquire about availability. The booking calendar can only be kept for 1 flat.
The house is located on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, approx. 10 km behind Balatonfüred in the direction of Keszthely, about 5 km from the Tihany peninsula. The house is approx. 300 m from Lake Balaton in a quiet neighbourhood of detached houses. The neighbourhood is very well maintained. It is 650 metres to the beach, which is also very well maintained and managed by the municipality. Children are well catered for on the beach, as is the catering. The 2nd beach is about 900 metres away and is also well maintained.
There are 2 holiday flats in the house. The flats are 75 square metres each and have a terrace or loggia. The flat has the following rooms: kitchen-living room, large bedroom, small bedroom, large bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC. The flats are furnished for 4 people. If a family of 5 is travelling, a guest bed can be added. The upper flat is accessed via the entrance in the basement. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available in the cellar. The entire house is equipped with central gas heating to ensure that you can also enjoy your holiday in the early and late season. Each flat is equipped with German-language satellite television.
The above-ground pool is for general use, including for you and your children. But: use the pool at your own risk! Take care of your children.
Cars can be parked on the fenced property.

If you are interested in a long-term rental, please contact us. The rental price is then not as stated above, but a monthly price plus additional costs. Many Germans already live in the neighbourhood and we will be happy to help you with the transfer / registration, residence card, vehicle registration or the search for your own property, etc. We have already built up a good network of contacts. Due to the current political situation in Germany, it makes sense to relocate completely to Hungary. There is a high degree of security here and you are accepted as a German. The cost of living is not quite as high as in Germany and there is no need to worry about energy shortages. The Russian company Rossatom is building 2 new state-of-the-art nuclear reactors about 100 kilometres south of Budapest. The Hungarian government is constantly endeavouring to ensure energy security and to pursue a policy for the people.
So if you would like to spend your retirement in Hungary and find your own property in peace and quiet without having to commute frequently from Germany, Austria or Switzerland for viewings, you can rent a fully furnished modern flat from us. The location - here in Veszprem County, northern shore of Lake Balaton - is very central. You can quickly get to the western counties (Zala, Vas, Györ-Moson-Sopron) and also to the southern counties (Somogy, Baranya, Tolna, Bacs-Kiskun) thanks to the ferry connection to the south shore. The capital Budapest and the eastern counties (Fejer, Pest) can also be reached very quickly. It makes no difference whether you are travelling by car or train. Incidentally, Hungary is a very social country - people over the age of 65 travel free of charge by bus and train (2nd class) throughout Hungary. If you are staying near the Balaton, a trip to the Adriatic is not too strenuous either, as you can reach it in about 400 kilometres.
