Our holiday house is located in Zánka in a very quiet place on Balaton's north shore. The house is situated in a dead-end street directly on the shore and has its own bathing place with a jetty. It has a beautiful panorama of the lake
the house has a beautiful panorama of the lake, which you can enjoy undisturbed from its terraces all day long. Garden furniture is available on the terrace. From the terrace you go into the garden, where you can cook, sunbathe and play outside.
The property has two floors, downstairs there is an equipped kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom with bath and washing machine (the toilet is separate), a bedroom and a large living room and dining room. The living room has a very large terrace.
On the second floor are two large bedrooms that can sleep four people comfortably. Here you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom has a very large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake.
The house is available for rent for the months of May, June, July, August and September according to the occupancy calendar.

Holiday for the soul
The holiday home is beautifully located in the first row. There is a great area for playing and/or resting in the garden. The shared jetty with the neighbors is not a problem and can be reached in one minute. We occupied the house with 4 adults. The space is really sufficient for that.
The hosts were friendly and answered all questions in advance. The landlords speak good German and English.
Conclusion: So, if you like it quiet and are looking for a good starting point for many activities, you are in good hands here. The price/performance ratio is reasonable.

7 beautiful days in the holiday home Dani
We spent seven beautiful days with our dog in the holiday house Dani.
The house is situated in the first row, with a wonderful view of Lake Balaton.
It is clean and functionally furnished, the property is fenced.
The large terrace, partly covered by the balcony, is a highlight.
Of course, the typical Hungarian cordiality of the landlords should not go unmentioned. Many greetings to father and son!
Unfortunately, the bathing jetty, which can be used by the residents, was already dismantled in September.

Beautiful holiday place
Fantastic location with a large garden and a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. Gastronomy available in the village, shopping facilities as well. Very nice ice cream parlour. The centre of the village can be reached on foot after 1.5 km, by car no problem. Contrary to other holiday resorts, Zanka is not overcrowded and quiet. Just the right place to relax
As anglers, we were able to use the shared bathing jetty - accessible via the public road. Clean water, lots of space. However, the jetty is already dismantled at the end of August. A disadvantage, because then there is only one ladder left. The nice landlord instructed us very well on all questions that arose and gave us helpful tips and recommendations
It was a nice and quiet holiday and many thanks to Mr Dani, we will be happy to come back.

Balaton pure
Super plot in the 1st row with an unobstructed view of Lake Balaton. You can relax here all day. It is only 1 minute to the bath. The water was clean, no mud on the jetty. The house owner is very friendly and pleasant, was there briefly for the handover.
If you want, you can also talk to the neighbours, as many speak German. It was also ideal for our dog, which was allowed in the water on the jetty.
Shopping in the village was no problem. Money can be exchanged at the ATM in town with credit card, German menu and no fees!
We found nice csardas to eat in the area.
We felt very comfortable, many thanks to the Dani family!

schöner Urlaub
Wir hatte 14 Tage schönes Wetter und haben nur auf der schönen Terasse gelebt.
Im Haus waren wir nur zum kochen und schlafen.

Enjoyable holiday
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Fantastic location on Lake Balaton. Beautiful and quiet property. Plenty of space for children and dogs. The Balaton is reached in a few minutes and from the private jetty you can jump into the water.furnishings correspond to the description . The only downer is that there is no German TV. Otherwise it was a top holiday. We like to come back. Fam. Kotte

Quiet location
Very large house and a beautiful terrace with a large well-kept garden. Direct view to the lake.The garden is very nice and you have with children super much space to play.The cars can park on the property directly in the shade.The house owners are very nice and can speak good German.The house is very far away from the village centre.So who really likes it quiet is right there.The jetty is a community jetty from the street.It still looks quite new and it is maintained.You can go directly from the jetty into the water without the algae etc. are in the way.We have spent a very nice and quiet holiday there with our family.

Nature and tranquillity
For holidaymakers looking for absolute peace and closeness to nature, this is the perfect holiday destination. Wonderful garden with a large terrace and a great view of Lake Balaton.

Good recovery
The holiday home was as described. The property was a dream and the jetty on the water was very easily accessible. We were there with two children (11 and 14) and had the hoped-for peace at the beginning of September. The property is completely fenced, and the car can be parked in the shade.
The landlords are very kind and uncomplicated - thank you very much.
