Villa Serenidad is an old Andalusian manor house that has recently been renovated to the highest standards. The elevated 2500sqm plot offers plenty of privacy and breathtaking 180 degree views from the mountains to the sea.
On clear days you can even see the African coast. Serenidad is tastefully and modernly furnished.
Underfloor heating and two fireplaces heat the villa on rare cooler days, while the air conditioning cools the house in summer. Solar panels for hot water and a photovoltaic system for generating electricity help to save energy. An alarm system connected to a security company guarantees security for a relaxing holiday.
Behind an antique Andalusian wooden door you enter a 7 metre high entrance hall, a pleasantly cool place on hot summer days. To the left you will find a large kitchen with access to one of the terraces. Straight ahead is the living room with fireplace and access to the main terrace. To the right is a guest WC and a long corridor leading to the master bedroom (bedroom 1) with en-suite bathroom and bedroom 2 with its own bathroom.
On the upper floor are bedrooms 3 and 4, which share a bathroom. The basement is at the level of the garden and pool, where there is a large games room, a bathroom, the gym and the laundry room.

Location and surroundings of object
The town of Mijas is located on the Costa del Sol between Malaga (approx. 20 min by car) and Marbella (approx. 30 min by car). From here you can make wonderful day trips to the mountains, e.g. to the historic little town of Ronda with its breathtaking location above a huge gorge.
For a perfect beach day, there are numerous beaches nearby (4 km). We recommend a hire car, as the villa is located in a hilly residential area and the nearest shops and restaurants are approx. 2 km away.
Mijas borders the coastal town of Fuengirola, which has a cute town centre with plenty of shopping opportunities, a beach and a promenade.
