Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für eine Ferienwohnung sehr umfangreich.

Very attractively designed holiday apartment with all necessary amenities. Location absolutely central and within walking distance to the center and train station. We would like to note the following for improvement: 1. The gas boiler repeatedly had starting difficulties when drawing hot water in the shower, resulting in a lot of water running unused until warm water arrived. 2. Radiators make loud noises due to air in the system. Unfortunately, there is no thermostat on the radiator in the children's room to effectively regulate the temperature. 3. We were aware that it is a historic building with corresponding ceiling constructions—unfortunately, the family above us was not. The apartment was used like a playground, and the running around of the children caused very disturbing noises. A friendly conversation regarding this unfortunately did not bring any improvement. Overall, we felt comfortable and it met our expectations. Best regards, Clemens and Anke Soler

The holiday apartment Uncle Theodor is excellently located. 4 minutes to the harbor/center with restaurants and shops. Since it's right on the outskirts of the city, I only had to cross one street to jog along the coast in the nature reserve. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. For a short vacation, the apartment is highly recommended. The Wi-Fi was fast enough, but somewhat unstable. Some hooks in the bathroom, real coffee spoons instead of plastic spoons, and maybe a freezer for self-catering would be great. For outstanding 5 stars, it lacks that certain extra, so we give (since 4 1/2 stars are not possible) very good 4 stars.

The holiday apartment is centrally located, with shopping opportunities very close by. A successful vacation. Anytime again.
