Our "Funky Four" holiday flat for up to 6 people is a brand new flat that was only completed in 2022. It is close to the beach, stylishly and cosily furnished, barrier-free and very comfortable.
The holiday flat is particularly impressive due to its great location almost directly behind the dyke, just 170m from the sea. You can walk to the promenade and the sea in 3 minutes.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of an 8-party house and can be reached via the staircase or the lift.
There is plenty of space for shoes and jackets in the spacious entrance area.
The heart of the flat is a large, cosy living room with 2 spacious, comfortable sofas and Smart TV. The dining area is furnished with a large, rustic wooden table and particularly cosy chairs.
The sunny balcony is over 8 metres long and faces south. It has a covered and an uncovered area and is equipped with a chilled lounge and a deckchair. From the balcony you have a view of the neighbouring houses and the dyke.
Set slightly back in the living room is the open, stylish kitchen with brand-new, extensive & high-quality equipment.
In a small storage room you will find a washing machine, a clothes horse, 4 additional folding chairs, a high chair, a folding cot, a deckchair and a hoover as well as a large shelf for your shopping.
The 1st bedroom for 2 people is furnished with a high-quality, comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a 3-door wardrobe, an armchair and a TV.
The 2nd, larger bedroom for up to 4 people is furnished with 2 high-quality, solid bunk beds (sleeping area 90 x 200cm each) made to measure by a carpenter. These beds are extremely comfortable and not only suitable for children, but also for (young) adults. In this bedroom there are also 2 large clothes racks, a cosy chill-out corner, a TV and a desk with desk chair and additional lamp for home office or workation.
The high-quality, interior bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a WC, a very large walk-in shower, a towel rail and a large mirror front. The highlight here is a cosy sauna for up to 2 people, heatable up to 80 °C. The bathroom is also equipped with a hairdryer, a stool, a shelf and towel hooks.
All windows and window fronts in the entire flat are floor-to-ceiling, the flat is bright and flooded with light. Electric shutters allow all rooms to be completely darkened without exception.
The flat is heated by underfloor heating and a smart heating system, creating a cosy, pleasant warmth in the cooler months of the year.
Parking information: The "Funky Four" flat has its own private car park (no. 5) with carport and small storage room. The storage room at the car park is exclusively available to you for your stay. Here you can store 2 bicycles, a pram or a handcart. Information for those travelling with a roof box on their car: The carport height is 2.30 metres at the lowest point (please note to avoid damage to the roof box and carport).

Dear guests, we would like to introduce ourselves briefly. We are a family of 5 from Hessen. Since our children were very small, we have spent our summer holidays at the beautiful Baltic Sea and have lost our hearts to the Schleswig-Holstein coast. In 2021 we realised our dream and bought 2 flats in Dahme & Kellenhusen in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Both flats have been bookable for a great holiday since summer 2022. We would like to offer you unforgettable holiday experiences in beautiful flats that offer every comfort and let you forget everyday life in one of the most beautiful & sunniest regions of Germany. In the last few months we have worked with a lot of vigour & love special taste Thoroughness high-quality furnishings & equipment and a lot of heart and soul to create two wonderful holiday flats in Dahme & Kellenhusen, where you can experience special moments.
