Discover the quiet and sunny holiday flat SOLund in Schönhagen, a picturesque Baltic seaside resort on the beautiful Baltic coast. The charming 36 square metre flat can accommodate up to 2 guests and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday close to the sea.

Relaxation
Welcome, dear guests, to our cosy, lovingly furnished 2-room holiday flat in a residential complex with garden near the castle pond, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach and the picturesque cliffs on the Schwansen peninsula. ️
Schönhagen is a relaxed and quiet place. Far away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Here you can take a walk along the endless beach by the water and unwind.
Facilities
The bright, quiet and allergy-friendly holiday flat consists of a cosy living room, a dining area with a view of the terrace/garden and a modern kitchenette. A cosy bedroom and a small, cosy bathroom. There is a small safe for your valuables.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat, but of course on the terrace.
The flat is cleaned by us personally.
Cooking & eating
In the open, cosy and modern kitchen area there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the countryside. Here you can prepare delicious holiday dishes, which can also be enjoyed on the sunny terrace.
Terrace & garden
From the dining area, you enter the south-facing terrace. There are modern garden chairs with footstools, a parasol and a beach chair for relaxing with a glass of wine or a book from our bookshelf.
Sleeping & dreaming
For a restful night's sleep, you will find the north-facing, cosy bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a view of the front garden for dreaming. With the window open, you will be gently awoken in the morning by the sound of birdsong and the rustling of the poplars.
Bathroom
The bathroom in a maritime look with a small window contains new bathroom furniture, an almost flat shower tray with shower screen, Grohe thermostatic mixer taps, shelves. A hairdryer and cosmetic mirror are of course also available.
Chill out
The comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 140 cm x 200 cm) with cushions and blanket can be pulled out if required. You can simply watch your favourite films on the satellite TV. W-Lan is available free of charge. A small radio with Bluetooth and various games can be found in the chest of drawers in the hallway. Books and reading material are of course also available.
Car park, bicycles & keys
The in-house car park is located directly at the house and can be reached in just a few steps.
There are bicycle racks in front of the apartment complex where you can lock your bike. There is also a small shed for bicycles.
You can arrive relaxed, as the key to the holiday flat is kept in a key safe.
Baby/toddler
On request we have a baby travel cot, a high chair, children's cutlery and a stool ready for you.
For a baby/toddler we have a cosy hooded towel and a blanket to ensure a good night's sleep for the well-being of the parents. This can be booked for €20.
Bed linen and towel package
A bed linen package including 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 2 flannels can be booked for €20 per person. The beds are made for your arrival.
Charges
We charge a one-off fee for the final cleaning: €59.
Visitor's tax
The municipality of Schönhagen charges a visitor's tax, which is staggered according to the season (currently € 0.64 or € 1.28 per adult and day).
We will calculate and inform you of this tourist tax shortly before your arrival.
We would like to ask you to transfer the amount separately before your arrival. The completed spa cards will be placed in your flat on arrival.
Miscellaneous
We rent out three separate holiday flats in this residential complex. The flats can also be combined to create the perfect holiday home for families or couples of friends (with children) (LundLand.de).
Rehabilitation clinic
Would you like to accompany relatives on their treatment at the VAMED Rehabilitation Clinic Schönhagen (Schloss)? Then our holiday flats, which are just 250 metres away on foot, are ideal. There is also a VAMED in Damp, 5 kilometres away.

Location and surroundings of object
Welcome dear guests to our cosy, lovingly furnished 2-room holiday flat in a residential complex with garden and terrace near the castle pond, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach and the picturesque cliffs on the Schwansen peninsula.
A bakery, mini market, café, playground and bus stop are just a few metres away on foot.
Typical activities here include all the usual beach activities (bathing shoes are recommended): Walks along the long natural beach and the cliffs, hikes, cycle tours, water sports, Nordic walking, boat trips, sightseeing, tourist tours.
The village of Schönhagen is only accessible by car via a cul-de-sac and is therefore characterised by its tranquillity and cosiness.
Schwansen with the neighbouring Schlei (fjord or estuary) and the Angeln landscape on the north side of the Schlei are known for their interesting landscapes, bends and agricultural areas. Numerous events and museums invite visitors to learn about the early settlement by the Vikings.
The castle of Schönhagen (250 metres), as you can see in the pictures, is a VAMED rehabilitation clinic, and there is also a VAMED rehabilitation clinic in Damp (approx. 5 kilometres by bike).

We have discovered Schönhagen as a relaxing holiday destination for a while now. We spend many weekends and holidays in our own holiday flat in the same building. Now we have three more cosy holiday flats for rent near the castle pond, just a few minutes from the beach. With these holiday flats (LundLand.de) we would like to offer our guests a wonderful time at the Baltic Sea. The cleaning of the holiday flat is done by us personally. We want you to feel at home with us and enjoy your valuable holiday days happily. We live not far from Flensburg in beautiful Angeln. The famous Böklunder sausages are made in the neighbouring village.
