The 20 terraced houses in the countryside are located in Lignano between the districts of Pineta and Sabbiadoro and offer space for the whole family.
Each house is spread over 3 floors (with a spiral staircase) and has a safe and several outdoor seating areas with its own outdoor fireplace.
Centrally located is a beautiful pool (open from around mid-May to mid-September) with sun loungers.
A private parking space and a communal washing machine complete the offer.

Anlage und Haus sehr schön gelegen. Gemeinschaftspool ist sauber und nicht überfüllt. Strand sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung und nicht überlaufen. ( keine Legebatterien Flair) Leider ist das Haus nicht wirklich grundgereinigt gewesen, und hatte offensichtliche Mängel im Invetar. ( gebrochener Toilettendeckel mit Desinfektinsband , Zimmertüren hacken, schließen nicht richtig, Duschbrausenhalterung defekt, Ablaufsieb in der Dusche voll mit Haare und schwer ablaufend.... etc. Kleine Dinge die aber überlebensfähig zu bewältigen sind. Klimaanlage ist in Funktion. Parkplatz beschattet und direkt am Haus.
