Ground floor: (Living room(double sofa bed, TV(satellite)), Kitchenette(hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer), bathroom(reachable from the outside)(shower, toilet))

On the 1st floor: (bedroom(double bed, balcony), bedroom(double bed, balcony), bathroom(bathtub or shower, toilet))

Attic: (bedroom(single bed, single bed, air conditioning))

Barbecue center, terrace, garden furniture, parking, swimming pool(shared with other guests, outside, opened from 1/2 May upto and including 1/2 Sep), outdoor fireplace

The 20 terraced houses in the countryside are located in Lignano between the districts of Pineta and Sabbiadoro and offer space for the whole family.
Each house is set over 3 floors (with a spiral staircase) and has a safe and several outdoor seating areas with its own outdoor fireplace.
Centrally located there is a beautiful pool (open from mid-May to mid-September) with sun loungers.

A private parking space and a shared washing machine complete the offer.

“Light Wi-Fi” connection (for 2 devices, no streaming, no download) in the garden and swimming pool area.
