Description
Quiet, well-equipped semi-detached house for 4 persons with large partially covered terrace
and 450 square meters view protected, enclosed garden.
The house has a large living-dining area with open fireplace, kitchen with gas cooker, gr. Fridge with freezer compartment,
Dishwasher, microwave with convection oven.
In the living room flat screen with , a Blue-Ray player, music system are available.
Wireless Internet is provided free of charge.
The utility room is a washing machine, iron and ironing. Ironing board and an electric grill.
Travel cot, highchair and security barrier on a bedroom door are present.
The upper floor has two bedrooms with 2 beds can be used as double beds, as well as single beds.
The bathroom has a tub with shower. The toilet is separate with window.
Patio furniture with seat pads, 2 sunbeds, and additional garden table with chairs on the lawn.
Parking lot for 2 cars.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in a quiet, separate part of the Port Greve holiday park, directly behind the dike on the Grevelingenmeer, a paradise for divers and sailors.
Near the North Sea, you can enjoy peace and have a good starting point for many activities.
On the Grevelingenmeer, just 200 m from the house, there is also a small sandy beach, especially suitable for children.
The North Sea beaches can be reached in just 5 km. Over the dike with a wonderful view of the Grevelingenmeer, the next town, Brouwershaven, is easy to reach by bicycle or on foot.
In the Port Greve park, there is a supermarket with a bakery (open every day), various outdoor playgrounds, a mini-golf course, as well as a bicycle rental. Our holiday home is located on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland,
which is connected to the mainland by bridges and dams, in the southern part of Zeeland,
near the small town of Brouwershaven directly on the Grevelingenmeer.
Brouwershaven is a tranquil, small place with typical Dutch gabled houses, a marina,
small shops and restaurants.
The long, fine sandy North Sea beaches at the Brouwersdam and towards Renesse are only 5 kilometers away. The immediate surroundings at Grevelingenmeer with dike and polder paths and the tranquil old villages invite you to go cycling and walking.
Well-known places such as Zierikzee and Renesse are only 10 km away.

Great house in a fantastic location
We have been to Zeeland many times and had to change the location this year as our previous one was no longer available - we were forced into our luck, so to speak... With this house, we made a great choice and felt very comfortable from the beginning. It is tastefully and lovingly decorated. The interior leaves nothing to be desired, from technology to rooms to design. The house has a large covered terrace where we had our coffee every morning and also sat in between to enjoy the large garden and the surroundings. We already knew the area, it is ideal for bike tours, beach trips, and hikes. The path over the dike to the Grevelingen Meer to the nearby Brouwershaven is relaxing and invites you to unwind. The nearby Landal Park offers shopping opportunities as well as a swimming pool and some variety on rainy days, e.g. billiards. We can recommend the house in every way. The landlord of the house is very nice and uncomplicated. Everything worked perfectly. And saying that we would like to come back is not just words, we have already booked again for next year and are looking forward to it.

Ein schöner Urlaub
We were here for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The whole house is very inviting and well-equipped, so even a rainy day in the holiday home is not a problem.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub
To get to know Zeeland, we had chosen this property. And this choice was like hitting the jackpot: an extremely tastefully furnished house with everything you need and much more. A house with a terrace where you can greet the day in the morning and say goodbye in the evening. It suited us from the beginning, and so it happened, as it had to happen: we not only got to know Zeeland but also learned to love it. The area is beautiful, and we were able to indulge in our love of cycling. We can highly recommend the house in every respect, also due to the friendly and uncomplicated contact with the landlord of the house!
